    May I suggest that @Thunderfinger's idea from the Film Elimination Game of removing one point from each contestant every day, is implemented also here?

    My point was that this game is older than the Film Elimination Game, and in general I do think it is natural to introduce the same incentives in both games. Apart from that, IMO, Thunderfinger's idea does not only speed things up, but also adds an extra excitement to the proceedings. And I will remind you that although progress is on at the moment, the situation was not so clear a week ago, and everything might slow up again before we know it. Although my request was maybe a bit premature I confess, the idea shoud at least be considered in the future...

    Time will tell. In the Film thread, we had OHMSS down to roughly three points at one point, and then it managed to return and gain the lead for a long while. The game fluctuates heavily, and I think as soon as someone else is voted off, the game will get exciting once more.
