    So ... it has been said three times in Bond films; correct?

    Is Stromberg's the only line that says, "I've been expecting you ..." ? I can't remember and I'm in a rush now.

    Yes, I believe that's the only time that the line "I've been expecting you." is used, though there are numerous other variations of it.
