GoldenEye Rogue Agent was not just a GameCube game. I (sadly) own that game on the PS2.

Only 3 of the Bond games ever sucked me into an addiction. Those 3 in order of best to worst were.

1.Goldeneye(N64)
2.Goldeneye(Wii)
3.Goldeneye: Rogue Agent(Gamecube/XBOX)

Other than those I never really got into any of the others. I bought a few and returned them such as NightFire and Agent UnderFire. I actually currently own Quantum of Solace and I played it a few times to get ready for RELOADED...terrible game, just sits on my shelf now lol.

Let me edit my post and add Goldeneye:Reloaded to the list....prolly bumps Rogue Agent to #4. I am really enjoying my time on it.

I have serious questions about you. Rogue Agent? That got you addicted? To what? I played that game for five minutes, it sat on my shelf for two years, then I played it for five more minutes, then it sat on the shelf again, THEN I finally sucked it up, beat it, and now it sits on my shelf again. That game is a travesty to the name GoldenEye.

Yeah Rogue Agent was one of those games that you either liked or didn't. I really liked it cus it played a lot like Goldeneye on 64. The whole eye gadget thing was pretty sweet especially the x-ray vision combined with the mag-rail....oh and the MK2 detonator was awesome. Actually there was a great variety of guns and the split screen multi-player was a blast. To each their own I guess....I dug it!!!

If I want a rail gun with x-ray, I'll play Red Faction or even (yep, I also own) Red Faction II.

1. James Bond 007: Blood Stone (PS3)
2. Goldeneye 007 (N64)
3. The World Is Not Enough (N64)
4. Nightfire (PS2)
5. From Russia With Love (PS2)
6. Everything Or Nothing (PS2)
7. Tomorrow Never Dies (PS1)
10. From Russia With Love (PSP) *
11. 007 Racing (PS1)
12. Goldeneye 007: Reloaded (PS3)
13. Quantum of Solace (PS3) ***
14. Agent Under Fire (PS2)
15. Goldeneye 007: Rogue Agent (PS2)
16. The World Is Not Enough (PS1) **

* The PSP version didn't have any of the driving missions, but it did have the jet pack scene.

** TWINE was a completely different game on PS1. It was dreadful.

*** If Tanner would have just shut up for 5 minutes, this game would have been a whole better. It would have been fantastic if the story were actually in order, too.

I chose not to play the PSP version of FRWL for the very reason that it WAS stripped of some of its missions. I saw the poor performance of TWINE PS1 and knew that taking a game on one system, and then trying to put it on a weaker system is just wrong. Only one game has been capable of doing this: Quantum of Solace. Since the PS2 version isn't just a CoD ripoff, it's far more fun than the PS3/360 version.

i am reposting my list, now that i have played Goldeneye Reloaded.. so now it goes..

1.) Goldeneye 007 (N64)
2.) Everything Or Nothing (GC)
3.) Goldeneye Reloaded (360)
4.) From Russia With Love (XBOX)
5.) Blood Stone (360)
6.) Nightfire (GC)
7.) Agent Under Fire (GC)
8.) Quantum Of Solace (360)
9.) The World Is Not Enough (N64)
10.) Tomorrow Never Dies (PSX)
11.) 007 Racing (PSX)

I think I am happy with my current placement of GE:RL - and thats taking into account all of it online flaws too - the replay value of it so far is fairly high, and when it works the multiplayer online is fun to play.... but I still dont find it better than EON, which literally felt like you were playing a Bond film - not to mention it was the first time we got Pierce to voice as Bond, and also Willem Dafoe as the villain - can't beat that....... and the original Goldeneye sits on top - well, because I think it has to for me.. COUNTLESS hours and memories had with that game, and it really helped redefine the FPS, and became the blueprint for games such as Halo and COD.

Yes, Willem Dafoe was a great Bond villain. I'd love to see him in an actual film.

I have to say my appreciation for Goldeneye 007 Reloaded has somewhat faded. Bloodstone is the better game of the two I must say. I have a really hard time finishing the game for a third time. I don't know what it is about this game, that has caused my interest in it to fade.

18. The Spy Who Loved Me (Amstrad)

And I agree with Sharkbait, i'm loosing interest on playthrough #2. I think it's the npc having the uncanny ability to shower me wiith bullets through a solid wall, yet if I try to fire back, my bullets just slam into the wall. Also, why is the Helicopter not called the Tiger, and why is the Statue Park not where it should be amogst the order of the levels?

I know what you mean. I'm on the game for playthrough 3 (though I'm playing the original WiiMake), and suddenly the game isn't as great as I thought it was the first time (or even the second). Blood Stone, however, hasn't lost anything even though I've beaten it close to ten times (more so than any Bond game after the original GoldenEye on the 64).

Not understanding all the love for Bloodstone? Game got horrible ratings from almost EVERYONE and I too thought it was average.

Still enjoying my time on Reloaded though...I mostly play multiplayer though.

I enjoy Blood Stone because it has a truly original story. Unlike GoldenEye/Reloaded, which is kind of original (I would actually class it as original in a Craig timeline sense), and that original storyline was done well. My one and only problem was that you get to the end of Siberia, all seems well and done, and then PLOT TWIST! Another two or so hours left. I'm not saying the game was too long, just that the twist could have been better done and better led into.

I am after some advice here guys. I am not much of a gamer anymore, 2 little babies put pay to that awhile back! But I still own my PS2 and would love to know which Bond game I should buy now that I get the odd chance to play it again.A lot of respect for Everything or Nothing. Should I go for that? I do have wonderful memories of N64 Goldeneye back in my school days, can I get it for PS2??
Thanks in advance.
