I wonder if this battle of the Bonds will last until the Bond 24 press conference? ;)

How does taking one point a day off each name speed things up in any meaningful way.
That method actually hurts the lower point-totaled name, as Moore in this case, loses a higher percentage of his overall total. A very small percentage, but still.

Tried and true method to speeding up these games is to increase the increment eg plus- or-minus 5 points. Then you get more dramatic movement unless votes are perfectly evenly split, which is not the case here.

The game can't be in stalemate forever. It' better this way.

Yes, I was through this in the film game. Percentage counting cannot be justified and I explained that three times, a fourth would be spam. But may I suggest again for the third time (within the limit) a +1/-2 vote for the next game? Your method is fair, @Murderrock. But with a +1/-2 vote for everyone from the start, no need to do anything more ever, and each option can start at 100 points each if desired, makes no difference. :)

I was considering reducing them but that would be difficult. I'm still thinking of ideas. If anyone has an idea. let me know. :)

Reducing them seems like the smartest option at this point; it's been completely back and forth without much progress at all the last few days.

The problem with Odd Numbers is you can't reduce them without having a completely messed up number. But I think I've made my decision. Let's truly make this a battle of the Bonds.

50 years of Bond in the making, may the best man win.

    Sean Connery: 50
    Roger Moore: 50

    Eliminated:
    3) Daniel Craig
    4) Timothy Dalton
    5) Pierce Brosnan
    6) George Lazenby

With the same back and forth happening, you'll only be stuck yet again in a few days. There will be no progress made and no winner.

Keep it how it was, is my view.

@Maddock, stick to your decision now, it really works out well. My suggestion was for the next game, whatever it is.

And to garner some votes in the Moore fan thread:

    Sean Connery: 49-
    Roger Moore: 51+

    Eliminated:
    3) Daniel Craig
    4) Timothy Dalton
    5) Pierce Brosnan
    6) George Lazenby

Who did it? Vote for me!

So...what happened? I'm confused. The other numbers have been deleted and the game was restarted at 50, then?

The game was at stalemate so I decide to reset the scores for Connery and Moore at 50 each. Now one no longer has advantage over another. It's Endgame. ;)

Nice to see that Moore's in the lead, this will surely be a game for the ages if he does end up winning.

The resetting seems unfair. Won't it stalemate this way anyways, with just a lesser margin of lead for Connery?

I do like Roger, but I am absolutely SHOCKED that the majority is taking him over Connery. It just seems... so bizarre...
