    @Agent007391, same. As I said earlier, if it was between two ladies I admired equally, then I would change my vote to the girl with the bigger lead, but alas, that isn't the case.

    Also, since most of the votes seem to come in during the AM (my time), I'm going to do another vote decrease come midnight, which is in two hours.

    @Murdock, thank you very much. 55 pages of smooth sailing makes me happy. Honestly, I wish every game was like this: when it gets down to three, the host of the game needs to deduct five points a day. That way, it'll never reach some week long standstill where the inevitable is delayed and the game is called by a mod or people get restless and leave. This way, I can still vote for whoever I want without being trashed over it like I'm a child!

    Incidentally, these scores sound wrong to me. A total of 118 when all Bond girls started with 5... Points were lost during the game.

    Who cares? Vesper cannot come back, the game may as well end now. It was an entertaining game to while our time away before the B24 news rush, I say good-bye! Well done, Emma Peel … sorry, Mrs . Tracy Bond. And congrats to Vesper, the best modern-era Bond girl.

    Actually it was 23 times 10. Each started with ten points each, so 230 total.

    I still think a far more equitable way of expediting the end of a game is first go to increment increase such as +/- 3 points or even 5. Then you see swings of 6 points with every person voting or swings of 10 points, in the case of a 5 point vote. Unless the voting stays dead even, the weaker candidate is going to fall faster.

    Step 2 then is to knock points down by 50% per participant as needed.

    A combination of both methods should end any game, and keep everything nice and proportional.
    Just my two cents. That's the way we used to do it in the good ole days.......

    No. For the past week or therebaouts, Creasy has taken off anywhere from 9 to 15 points per day, which is 3 to 5 points each.

    I believe I did two days of three point deductions, one day of four point deductions, and the rest have been five point deductions. Progress is being made, so I don't see why there's an issue.
