Ok, who mentioned SF that brought Helm out of his hole?
3 Bond films appear on the list:

    #221 - Goldfinger
    #160 - Casino Royale
    #45 - Skyfall

    Let battle commence! ;-)

    Oh shit!

    Sorry everyone.

As dearly as I love some Bond movies none of them would ever make it on my "Best Ever" list (except for spy movies of course). They simply don't have what it takes to be on such a discriminating list. I have to admit though, that I never made a list for myself, that reached three digit numbers.

These lists will always cause debate which can be alot of fun. Must admit i am surprised that CR was below SF! But that is only my humble opinion.

I can't stand lists like these. So many of the films on here make me shake my head. For example, how did 'Kick-Ass' make the list? Sure, it's a fun film, but one of THE greatest films of all time? Please. Or SF at 45? It's good but surely not better than 'The Shining,' 'The Departed,' or 'Saving Private Ryan,' that's for damn sure. I also haven't seen the 'Star Wars' series in a while, so I'm not sure how 'Episode V' managed to be voted as the best film of all time, but alright. It appears this listed was voted from the heart and not straight from classics, which I guess is an interesting spin on it, but still, a lot of these entires really have me shaking my head.

This list is a joke. And not a good one.

Not a single movie from before the 70´s between the top 25!! You must be joking...

Judging by this list, 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' is better than 'Dirty Harry' and 'Captain Phillips.' Wow.

And Transformers outranked all those! How laughable.

    No it didn't!!

    *checks*

Wow, it absolutely did. I didn't notice because I never thought that would be on any 'Best' film lists. Just unbelievable.

I couldn't believe it either. That alone made me unable to take anything on this list seriously.

'Munich' doesn't make the list, but thankfully BOTH Hunger Games films and 'Transformers' made the list. Yeah, I completely disregard it.

I swear these lists are made to give the mainstream subjective feelings that they are cinefiles. What a bunch of bull + a four letter word.

And there's no "Dude, Where's My Car?".

And they call themselves movie buffs.

Right, and no superher--what's that? 'The Avengers' is in the Top Twenty? And two of the 'Iron Man' films made the list? Oh...

The full 4 1/2 hour uncut version of The 2013 MI6 Moderators Christmas Party would top the list, if it were to be leaked. More swearing than Glengarry Glen Ross, more blood than all 3 Hatchet films combined, and more nudity than.... than a film with lots of nudity.

Still awaiting the link where I can pre-order 19 copies of this, since the initial 18 will be destroyed from watching them on repeat, 24/7/365.

Wait, what? I did big distribution for that film and e-mailed it to everyone on the face of this earth that so much as visited the EMPIRE home page. I thought "Iron Man" "Man of Steel" or "Let the Right One In" might be the name of the sex tape, but when I clicked on their respective links all I found were two superhero films and a horror flick. What a bunch of hogwash.

That's what I thought, but you never told me what you named it, so I for sure thought I found it when I saw titles such as 'Kiss Kiss Bang Bang,' 'Come And See' (obviously misspelled), '28 Days Later,' and 'Before Sunrise,' the latter, of course, having the working title of 'Brett, Please, Before Sunrise, I Have Work And The Morning And All You're Doing Is Sweating And Panting, Hurry Up And Finish And Get Off Me.'

You just make sure I get a cut of the profits. Who the hell do you think was the cameraman that night? Furthermore, I should be subsidized a bit extra for the trauma I still feel to this day. I can't unsee @DarthDimi riding that baby pony with nothing but a santa hat on his genitals or @Benny swinging around midgets into a swimming pool full of chocolate pudding.

I wanted to call it "28 Days Later: That's When All the Ladies Stop Being Sore" but EMPIRE threatened to tell the creators of "28 Days Later" to file copyright infringement against me. Buncha killjoys.

Pfft. What losers. '28 Days Later' obviously stole the title from another horror movie, '28 Days' with Sandra Bullock...
