Your favourite James Bond (excluding the main film ones)

Thought this might be interesting. Who's your favourite Bond actor outside of Sean and co? So any of the actors from the games, Toby Stephens or any of the other radio ones, the bloke from CR 67, the American Bond from CR 54, etc.

I think my favourite is probably Maxwell Caulfield, who played Bond in Nightfire (a video game). He sounded nothing like Brosnan (who gave his likeness for the game), but he sounded alright, his voice fit the part well. What about the rest of you?

I'm sorry but I don't know any Bond actor outside the official films. But I believe it would be interesting to compare also Fleming's Bond as a separate character from the movies. I personally like him a lot and I could identify with him more than with the Bonds on screen. Specially when he has to do mundane activities at work!

That's a good idea actually. I'd like to see where Flemings Bond would rank for the members here. I'd imagine a few people prefer Flemings Bond to their favourite cinematic Bond.

Ok, I'm expecting a lot of backlash for this but I actually quite liked Peter Sellers in a couple of scenes in CR67. ;-)

There were a few brief moments where he really looked great as "a" Bond.

If we talking about Casino Royale 1967, one of the "James Bonds" I can't recall the actors name he was tall dark, had dark hair...he was very good and looked and acted "Bondian". I think his name was "Terrance" something or the other. Can anyone recall the actor?

David Niven played the "real Bond" in that surreal film, and he was quite good.
