Well, wouldn t you?
Hence why they are seen as stars rather than actors.
Money should not be the deciding factor in choosing roles for an actor who doesnt have to do something just for money. That is not a comment on Willis, specifically, I don't know enough for that.
certainly doesnt prove anything about reasons for making it just for money. You could be right but I don't know enough to comment.
Arriving at station soon, gotta go...
After repeat viewing think he was better than i first thought in Looper. Looking at Die Hard 5 its difficult to be to hard him for phoning that performance in, he fairs slightly better in the alternate version of quite a poor film.
Great in the first three Die Hard films, decent in the fourth entry. Good in Sunset, Last Boyscout, The Sixth Sense and Fifth Element of top of my head.
</b>What's your favourite Alien invasion film?</font>
Oh wait- Earth?
War Of The Worlds (1953).
At the end of a hard day at work, I am sorry to say I prefer the latter!
PS to be picky TDTESS did not include an invasion, just one interesting visitor and a robot
"Get to the Chopper! "
PS We all know its about the Vietnam War, right?
*PUNCH*
"Welcome to Earth"
(I do enjoy Mars Attacks though too)
:))
The original Invasion of the Body Snatchers is definitely my favorite horror-genre alien invasion film...
...unless, of course, you count John Carpenter's The Thing, which technically is about an unplanned—or accidental—alien invasion.
But really neither Men in Black nor JC's The Thing are typically thought of as alien invasion movies, so ID4, Mars Attacks!, and Invasion of the Body Snatchers '56 will do for me.
And this may be controversial, but I really enjoyed 'Battle Los Angeles' from a few years ago with Aaron Eckhart.
It features Jeff Goldlum kicking some ass and hacking the aliens with a Mac computer. What's not to like? ;)
And I'm all out of bubble gum.
The Thing John Carpenters remake, not sure if this qualifies.
So I'll go with Independence Day.
