Gottfried John (General Ourumov in "Goldeneye") passed away
Apparently he died of cancer this evening in München, Germany. John was 72.
Rest in peace Mr John. You portrayed a wunderful, crazy Russian general (in a weird twist of current geopolitical events, Russia kind of brings about rather crazy people lately), that was as iconic as General Orlov, General Kioskos and General Medrano.
