    Looks great @DaltonCraig007. This could be Jamie Dornan's opportunity to redeem himself after 50 Shades. Mark Strong with hair? I'm in.

    @bondjames and @ClarkDevlin, have you seen the recent flat-out action film, 'Hardcore Henry', featuring Sharlto Copley? The guy makes such awesome films, like 'District 9'.

    I've seen it. It's a FPS movie..so it's kinda weird seeing a movie in first person. The action is not as amazing as I hoped but it's pretty good. However I was impressed by the story since I didn't expect the movie to have a cool story. Sharlto is amazing in the movie. The villain (I think he's Russian) also is great in the movie. Fun movie but I wanted it to be even more exciting (even tho the finale is pretty badass)

    I'd buy the Blu-ray if they just had special features showing how all that was done. It's mind-blowing in its artistry.

    @ClarkDevlin @bondjames @Creasy47

    After 'Beasts of No Nation', another classic Netflix produced war film?

    This looks impressive!

    I'm getting 'Safe House' vibes from that. Hopefully it's good!

    Looks good. I agree - very Safe House from what I can see so far. Why are they advertising this one whole year out though? Long time to wait!

    How the hell does Sam Jackson find the time to start in all these films?

    @ClarkDevlin @bondjames @Creasy47 it also reminds me from that action/comedy from about a decade ago. I saw it this summer but I can never remember the title of that film. It featured Ben Kingsley, Bruce Willis and Morgan Freeman.

    Lucky Number Slevin, @DaltonCraig007. :)

    Loved it the first time I've come to see it, and that was a decade ago. :)

    @ClarkDevlin with all the action films lately, there are not that many that are about hitmen. The main ones I can think of are John Wick, Collateral, Lucky Number Slevin, In Bruges, The Mechanic, Mechanic: Resurrection and The Matador. So I welcome 'Hitman's Bodyguard' with open arms.

    @DaltonCraig007, have you seen Brosnan's turn in The November Man?

    @DaltonCraig007, while far from being a good film, there's Hitman: Agent 47 to see, which is sort of entertaining vehicle for hitman-themed action lovers... Despite veering far away from its source material more than the first try.

    @ClarkDevlin and @0BradyM0Bondfanatic7, I have seen both these films, 'Agent 47' was too OTT, even for my standards, but I really loved Brosnan in November Man.

    Regarding an old hitman film, I've been meaning to see London Boulevard with Colin Farrell and Keira Knightley.

    I thought I'd ask, @DaltonCraig007, as I couldn't remember if you had seen TNM. I enjoyed it too, and even blind bought it on Blu-ray, which I never do. I'll need to give it a rewatch soon. I must say, our dear Olga was the runaway surprise of that movie for me, and now she can say she's worked closely with two James Bonds, which not many can say.

    Come to think of it, with Penny Dreadful, Eva Green can now say that too!

    There is quite a lot of crossover on the 'Bond girl' front.

    Naomi Harris (with Brosnan in After the Sunset), Cassandra Harris (with Brosnan in Remington Steele), Shirley Eaton, Lois Maxwell & Honor Blackman (The Saint with Moore), Margaret Nolan & Catherine Schell (The Persuaders, with Moore) & Alison Doody (with Connery in Indy & The Last Crusade).

    Many of the recent Bond girls have worked with 'The Cruise' also (Seydoux, Kurlyenko, Pike).

    Not exactly Bond, but Zena Marshall (the lovely Miss Taro) appeared alongside Patrick McGoohan (Bond-would-have-been actor) in Danger Man. If I remember correctly, Eunice Gayson was in a Saint episode, too.

    I forgot that Doody also worked with Brosnan in Taffin. Shame on me for forgetting the legendary scene from this film.

    It's great to see such awesome cross-pollination amongst Bond alum in other films and series.

    @bondjames, about that, did you know Tom Cruise is the only actor to work with Stanley Kubrick, Steven Spielberg and Martin Scorsese?

    I prefer the take where he repeatedly cuts her off myself. I am always impressed by Brosnan's lung capacity.

    I think he could have sung a Bond song with those lungs. He did demonstrate his skills but sadly it was post-Bond, in Mamma Mia.

    Brian De Palma & Francis Ford Coppola as well @DaltonCraig007.

    He sung his heart out in Mamma Mia!

    @ClarkDevlin @bondjames @Creasy47 @doubleoego

    Gerard Butler is back!! And this time he is an American submarine captain with the mission to save the Russian president who has been kidnapped by a rogue general.

    Sounds interesting? Here's the rest of the cast: Gary Oldman, Toby Stephens, Michael Nyqvist, Common, Billy Bob Thornton and Willem Dafoe.
