Whaaa?
Jumanji will most likely pass Spiderman: Homecoming's and Spiderman 3's domestic totals by next weekend, it only needs another $20 million to do so, and in the process will also overtake IT's total to be the 5th biggest domestic hit of 2017.
Spielberg certainly has left his mark
It was made on like 100+ million

This film is right up my alley. Should be great fun. I'm wondering however if Naomi is overexposing herself. EON may not want their office assistant getting fame as another character in what is likely to be a bigger hit stateside than B25.
It's finally happening:
Been following this films development I can't wait being a fan of the genre, I hope it's 4K on Netflix.
"You do what you do, and I do what I gotta do", the sequel.
I meant in terms of the vibe it had rather than the budget. OTT, fun, grindhousey, a simple straightforward but out there story. Probably could have made that clearer in my post but at the same time there's no need to be a dick about it.
Kong is definitely B movie script and plot despite the budget.
It'll get a limited theatrical release alongside the Netflix release. I doubt it'll get a blu-ray release (going off of other Netflix Originals that haven't gotten one), but that could change.
Not sure about blu ray but I've seen Netflix shows in shops on DVD before.
Most of their shows seem to get a DVD/blu-ray/4K release, but not the movies for some odd reason. Beasts of No Nation never got a home video release, and yet What Happened To Monday did in France.
Speaking of Netflix, their new video showcasing what comes in February gives a first look at Duncan Jones' Mute:

( even though I have Netflix)
While I'm sure it's something I'll inevitably want to own in 4K, I'm OK with it going to Netflix because when he wanted to send it to theaters, he couldn't get the proper funding for the type of film he wanted to make, so I'm glad Netflix opened up their wallets and let him craft it exactly how he wants it.
