Can't wait to see him and Reeves go toe-to-toe in the next John Wick film.

Yes! I have so many questions about that. :))

I still need to see the third film. I saw JW2 a few weeks back, as I couldn't remember if I had seen it or not. Turns out, I had seen it before.

Hopefully you enjoy the third one then, please let me know how it goes if you do get around to it.

I'll try and get around to it before John Wick 4.

Excellent, you've got a few months available then.

Not a fan of the John Wick films but definitely will give No. 4 a watch just for Scott Adkins.

I think I'm most excited to see him and Reeves fight. Tons of great stunt performers and martial artists in this one so the action should be properly insane.

I'm just a little concerned that like all the big films he has been in (The Bourne Ultimatum, Dr Strange and Zero Dark Thirty to name 3), his has been a very small cog in the machine. This is why I am looking forward more to Accident Man 2.

Did you see his recent film One Shot? Not only is he the main character, but he's a good guy, which was a refreshing combination for Adkins. Definitely worth a look; not a real "one shot" but there are some breathtaking and impressive long takes stitched throughout.

I haven't yet, no. I have heard that it is (or was) on the streaming platform of a certain company that I have a moral objection to. So I am waiting to see if/when it gets a physical release (or if it turns up on another streaming platform).

I'm into it. Glad Pratt isn't pushing an Italian Mario impression too hard, but you can hear a hint of it. Still pretty sure this'll be a Jumanji-esque "guy gets sucked into video game world" type of story. Jack Black will be funny in this I'm positive. Excited to see more of the rest of the cast (DK and Cranky, etc). Looking forward to this!

I’ve been a Mario fanatic all my life. Played countless games, many of them among my all time favorites and most replayed to this day. I would have had a lot of skepticism about a movie, but Sonic broke the VG movie curse two times over, and this trailer is promising. Very interested, and most hopeful even more interesting and movie-friendly Nintendo universes get a shot, namely Metroid, The Legend of Zelda, and Star Fox…

My thoughts exactly. It's easy to imagine a stinger at the end of this film with Link, or something.
Did you play SMRPG: Legend of the Seven Stars for SNES? One of my favourite games of all time.

A post credits could be cool too, yes. Amazingly I have not, but I own it via my SNES Classic Edition siting on my shelf. My backlog of stuff to play is absolutely outrageous both retro and modern haha. My #1 game ever is Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, the RPG classic still exclusive to the GameCube after all this time.

Oh my goodness, you need to move it to the top of your list. It's technically the first in the series that includes The Thousand Year Door... Nintendo's partnership with Square (which became Square Enix of FF fame... I'm sure you know all that) made this game so incredibly original and odd in the best possible way. Ugh, I wish I was playing it for the first time again. Might have to just start another playthrough of it ASAP.

Bowser looks and sounds amazing. Also Toad, and everyone really except Mario (although I don't really mind what we've heard so far from Pratt honestly). Can't wait.

I’m in the same boat as everyone else. A pleasant surprise. It should be interesting. Mario and his world deserve a second chance on the big screen.

Certainly a movie to look out for with Mann helming, Adam Driver's make up looks convincing in those shots.

I had no idea Mann was making a Ferrari movie. Further investigation required.

Someone from the forums sent me that on Facebook and I legitimately couldn't tell if it was some parody/satire thing or a genuine horror movie meant to instill fear and scares. I chuckled several times during that trailer.

I must admit I did laugh watching that trailer when the doll started doing cart wheels, i thought I was watching a Scary Movie trailer.
