Scarlett Johannson to star in Ghost in the Shell.
Makes sense, she would be a perfect fit.

Ok, rebooting Terminator is one thing, considering what that poor franchise has gone through already.
But now they crossed a line. Rebooting Snake Plissken!?! How much more sacrilegious can you get? I don´t care if Carpenter executive-produces, that is probably anyhow just a trick so he gets payed for it, which is the only justifyable thing about this whole thing.

ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK was one film I was aching to see for a long time. Oh boy, was I disappointed. John Carpenter is one of the most overrated directors ever. I had the same experience with THE THING.

  • @boldfinger I read previously that Blomkamp's idea was to ignore Alien 3 and Ressurection, pass them off as just a dream Ripley had when she was asleep or something. If so I'll be very happy.

Looking forward to this either way because I love the series and District 9 was great. If they do ignore Alien 3 and 4 then I really hope Micheal Beihn returns as Hicks.

Really, really looking forward to both Black Mass and Legend. Already was anyway, but the trailers just confirm it, both look promising.
Scott Cooper is great with actors, so I'm expecting good, natural acting in Black Mass for sure. As for Legend - well, 2x Tom Hardy - all good. :)
