Well this may surprise some of you. But I'm going

    DN

    &

    TLD

Whilst OP is one of my most favourite of the series, and I'll defend it till my last breath, it cant quite match the magnificence that is DN. Simple, beautiful to look at, clever and thrilling. DN is the reason we have a series of Bond films.

    DN over OP soundly.

TLD over AVTAK, but it’s close for me based on pure enjoyment value.

DN by the tip of a blind man's cane.

TLD by a large ghetto blaster.

    TLD 85-15 AVTAK

    DN over OP narrowly.

    TLD over AVTAK.
  • Dr. No. And.. AVTAK. Though the latter wins by enjoyment factor alone. And superior villains!

In this round I'm going with the 2 1980s Bond films that feature a rogue Soviet general as a villain in league with a non-Russian criminal figure and a strong romance between Bond and the leading lady:

    OP, very close

    and

TLD by a spectacular margin. I see TLD after AVTAK the way most fans on this website see CR after DAD.

DN. Very close since I find OP to be very enjoyable.

TLD. After hearing Tanya Roberts’ “Stacey” scream variations of: “JAMES! JAMES!”, and” DON’T LEAVE ME, JAMES!” for what seems like the umpteenth time I’m normally close to throwing a brick at my TV.

DN and TLD. Both clear and obvious choices for me, since they are among my second tier of favourites (8/10), while OP and AVTAK are among the bottom five.

DN, easily. The film that started it all. OP is probably my least favourite of Sir Rog's films.
TLD. Not quite as easy as the first one, as I like AVTAK more than most on here, but not as much as TLD.

    DN beats OP 19-8

    TLD beats AVTAK 24-3

This was the last round for DN until it faces NTTD next year.

    Round 111:

    NSNA vs DAD

    and

    FYEO vs SF

Ow ... well... this isn't easy. I may have to flip some coins.

I guess it's going to be

    DAD

and in what will no doubt be an unpopular vote

    FYEO

It's Roger's best IMO, whereas SF isn't my favourite Craig Bond. Doesn't have to mean anything, but I just couldn't pick one here.
