New Q should return as double meaning: The Q from Quatermaster. The Q from Quantum. I personaly think about 3 options who Q should be;
- This is a reference to not yet yused story element from QOS short storie. A chacter from CR returns with the choose to work for Q Branch. The other choose be a Burn Notice with big change you end like Mathis or he going to be running opject like his girlfriend ??. Nice about this option be, the name of this chacter is a reference to Desmond. Bond have connection with this girlfriend and can introduce the sugestion to save this guy against another chacter from CR (and QOS) and that other Q. In this case Q is already seen in Bond 23, but not named before Bond 24. Another option leave out the sugestion in Bond 23 and we see this guy in Bond 24 as in all those other things what happend without telling. In the short story it be a she and the other one is male, but for yusing this it be the other way around.
- This also can be mixed with option 1. Focus on we have people everywhere. Q from Quatermaster/ Q Branch send somebody to give him his gadgets. Locals Q, but this means also that Villiers, Bill Tanner can bring his Gadgets.

Atleast Mendel should mabey return in Bond 25 if there yuse Switzerland.
But in the first place i thinking about Q not return earlier then Bond 24. Q find another Place to meet. By prefer in bond 24 in the city that never sleeps.
My preference would be experiential - so to enjoy Bond with other fans rather than yet another box set of DVDs/BluRay
Then maybe they could also go over the aspects of the film's like music, gadgets, cars, women, locations and villains?
And it would be cool for television around the world to play the collection of Bond films up to Quantum, maybe each week the next film, or if they are really into it, a marathon.
If Victor Tourjansky is still alive, I would love a short scene with him and a bottle. :)

I'm not sure if Victor Tourjansky is still able to lift a bottle but if not I would be more than happy to play his character in the forthcoming film and as a former alcoholic myself I feel I could bring a new level of authenticity and pathos to the demanding role. :)
That type of gunbarrel would be awesome. That, and an old school instrumental of the Bond theme and I'd love Bond 23 from the start!
I have mentioned it before also, A Bond TV special looking over the past 50 years and maybe where the charactor will venture into the future? What a i want most of all is to be blown away by the new movie! And a wealth of NEW memorabilia to collect! :-bd
Is there any update as to whether there will ever be a reunion of all 6 Bond actors (or 5?) together for the 50th anniversary of the series? It's November now and Skyfall's already been released, so it's not looking at all likely. Very sad.
Oh not actually. I thought that it was only the James Bond day. I actually didn't miss it, i thought that the Anniversary's date would be another one.
