Anything on the end credits like - James Bond will return / any dedication to Moore and Connery?

I didn't see anything. Though there is a pause before 'JAMES BOND WILL RETURN' appears on the screen.

Also, for those interested in the gunbarrel....
At least in the international version, The Universal logo is in black and white and iris starts from right to left before reverting to normal. Craig is in the tuxedo and there is no blood. The design of the GB is similar to the Project 007 trailer:

I can say with certainty that this film will divide the fanbase massively. It'll be the most debated Bond film for years. It will not be another QOS or SP, which can be shrugged off. You will have an opinion.....

(Also, willing to get someone a bottle of champagne if they can spot MGW's cameo. I totally missed him)

(the way the Universal logo segues to the dots was weird too)
    What!?

I just saw it, we never had a Universal logo.. Weird. It showed MGM and then straight to the movie.

Is there a tribute for Roger Moore and Sean Connery?

I’m curious about something horribly insignificant:
Who gets to say the f-word and in what context?
M says it when he realizes Bond and Q have been doing things behind his back. Comedic moment.

Universal might just be distributors here in North America or maybe even specifically in Canada, that would explain the weird transition then if they had to add another logo in the middle.

How does Blofeld’s role work in here? A lot of scenes, on par with SP, or a one or two scene appearance? Christoph Waltz is highly billed on the poster.

I'm not sure how much of a spoiler you want... so i'll be somewhat vague
He's only in one scene but it's an important scene. However, his 'presence' is felt in about 1/3 of the movie.....

Made it into the press screening of No Time To Die in Toronto tonight! I did not have a ticket but it worked out! "I thought Christmas only comes once year."😁 Absolutely loved it. I missed the end credits though. How did they handle 'James Bond Will Return'? Can't wait to read through everyone's reactions.

It was at the very end after the rest of the credits.

Is he redeemed? Is the writing better for him? And the writing overall? Think EON will keep PWB and get rid of P & W?

Sounds like I am going to loathe the ending.
  • what about the soundtrack of Hans Zimmer? Is it good?

He's seen at the beginning of the Cuba-Party,
when Bond and Paloma enter the scene.

    Spoilers
I think he is redeemed. He is still running some spectre operations from the prison at the beginning of the movie. It's actually pretty cool.

PWB just added humor. You can tell which bits she wrote a mile away.

Could anyone who’s scene it describe the title sequence? Motifs, mood, color etc? That’s one of my fav bits of a new bond movie :)

So do people who have seen the movie think general audiences will like the ending and the film overall? This give me the vibes of maybe a critic darling but general audiences won't like it as much. I'm still very much looking forward to it though. (People on the JB reddit are absolutely freaking out over the ending, so much that they won't even see the film lol).

I have not seen the film yet, and I have not read anything written above. But if the one major spoiler they got back to me it’s true, I have completely lost my enthusiasm for this film. Regardless of how good it is. So if that’s true, it’s the one thing I never want to see in a Bond film. I really hope that I’ve been misinformed. I won’t be responding to this thread until next Thursday night, but I had to get off my chest just how quickly my excitement came crashing down. Like I said, it may still be a great rollicking James Bond film, and it may be a lot of fun, but knowing that’s how it ends I just can’t get hyped or jazzed about it at all.

    I know the feeling.
  • I hear ya @Birdleson. When people said it'll be divisive.. That's all I needed to hear before any confirmation.

I saw the movie and if you’re talking about what I think you’re talking about then I’ve got to say that it soured the whole film for me.

I’m still going to use tags just in case.
Hearing about the big one definitely has made me really uneasy. Bond was never definitively killed in Ian Fleming’s work, this feels like a betrayal. It doesn’t even make sense with the title. They better have pulled something off incredible for me to be able to stomach this. I guess the best I can do is tell myself it’s just Craig’s take on the character at the end of the day - but yeah hearing about this was pretty upsetting and has honestly made me a lot more anxious in a bad way about the film now. Damn.

I’m seriously thinking of not going.

    Would be silly to skip
  • If what I think all this is about (I’m not reading the spoilers) then it probably won’t *ruin* the movie for me provided it’s handled well…but I admit I’m pretty disappointed that that’s the direction they are going with. Hope to be proven wrong when I see it.

My budget is tight these days. Should I spend the $20 or whatever it is to see the film is my concern, if I'll walk away unhappy.

The word will spread fast and it will be interesting to see how it affects the box office.
At the very least it’s not going to get repeat viewings from a lot of the fans. It might even deter some of the regular cinema goers.
