I was really disappointed in The Box. Saw it years ago and felt the cool concept was wasted. Darko’s a classic, though!
Just watching The Box now, the first 15 minutes has me intrigued.
I liked the first 30 or so, but weird things start to happen. The direction it takes I just didn’t care for.
Yeah its got quite a sinister vibe early on, i like the time period in which it is set. At this point I have no idea what is going to happen next.
Frank Langella is a good actor, I liked him in The 9th Gate, he appears to be playing a similar role here,
25% off in the Spring sale, had to buy this Bluray Boxset.

Only one more 4K movie left for me to buy now from the first ten Star Trek films, Insurrection I left the best till last 😂
For whole series it would work.
HD download
Still continuing the true story of Europe, this time about the French Revolution.
For nostalgia's sake, again.
That one was a surprise, and cheap as well.
Ordered on february 21st, dispatched (according to Amazon) on february 27th, in fact dispatched (according to the postmark) on march 21st, in my mailbox today. Slight problem : it's Region 1, but my old DVD player is all-regions, so...
Shockingly despite owning the majority of Eastwood films I have never watched Unforgiven all the way through.
Knowing (2009) € 3,00
Dinosaur Island credit as Journey To Dinosaur Island (2014) € 3,00
Wow!! I’m guessing you’ve watched it in its entirety now? I just did a rewatch a couple months back. It’s a sly little slow burn.
I’ve been enjoying your recent posts on the Trek world, so what did you think of UNFORGIVEN @Fire_and_Ice_Returns ??
Not yet, its been a very busy week at work though have the Easter weekend off, hopefully will watch Unforgiven tomorrow or Sunday. I watched the first 5 minutes, The opening shots n 4K look fantastic.
This review has just appeared on my feed, very high praise, I will watch the 4K film tonight.
@Fire_and_Ice_Returns , looking forward to your thoughts on the film.

I think is Re-release in slipcover with discs including same as 2007 released 3 Disc 30th Anniversary UE digipack release. With little difrence in disc art and no booklet/poster.
Caro Emerald - Deleted Scenes From The Cutting Room Floor - 2 Disc Edition (CD + DVD) with slipcover. € 2,00.
Not seen this adaption, perfect Easter Monday viewing.

That's all ten bought in 4K Amazon kindly had it on offer... Amazon clearly new I would buy it.
First up: IT! The Terror From Beyond Space (1958).
A nice 2K HD remaster, three Audio Commentary tracks plus featurette.
Yes, I know, it's not really Godzilla. But it was cheap, and I'm a completist, so...
Have fun @Gerald.
It's always surprised me that Toho doesn't consistently license these titles outside of Japan as their availability is often hit or miss. Imagine if the DVD rights to the Connery era Bond films (minus Goldfinger) were held by company "X", the Moore/Dalton era held by company "Y" and NTTD held by company "Z" - with the rest being completely unavailable. We Bond fans would be marching in the streets in anger at such a situation. Well, welcome to the world of Japanese Sci-Fi.
If my old laptop still allows me to play region 2 DVDs (I will test it this weekend), I may order GODZILLA MINUS ONE from CDJapan.com to tide me over until a region one disk is available. Yeah, no subtitles, but after seeing the film multiple times I kind of know the dialogue by heart.
As for "GODZILLA" (1998), believe or not, I've never bought it. Probably in protest. :)
Bad Neighbours (2014) & Bad Neighbours 2 (2016) € 5,00
just found this Star trek DVD from 2000, i am not familiar with the artwork from this collection of the show, its still sealed in plastic.
I also bought The Lost Boys CD, I have only ever owned this previously on Tape.
