Some Bond fans watch all of them in marathons, some watch them in spurts, some only watch their favourites....
As I am older, with more days behind than ahead, I need to choose wisely. And my memory is good, so I have all Bond films in my positronic hard drive, anyway.
So, my binary list:
DN: yes
FRWL: yes
GF: Oh yes.
TB: yes
YOLT: Yes
OHMSS: yes
DAF: yes
LALD: okay, yeah
TMWTGG: Yes
TSWLM: no
MR: No
FYEO: no, but I'll always love it nostalgically for the PTS
OP: yes, for the bad guys & the clown scene
NSNA: yes, for Connery & the jokes
AVTAK: no
TLD: Yes
LTK: Yes
GE: yes
TND: Yes
TWINE: okay, yeah, I guess
DAD: yes
CR: yes
QOS: Yes
SF: no
SP: yes
NTTD: no. Unless I'm feeling sad about living...

I have to say, for any Bond fan to say categorically that they will never watch a certain Bond film again is a hard stretch for me.
As with all Bond fans, I have films that rank higher or lower than some in the series. But in my late 40’s I will certainly watch all of the films in the series again.

As far as I’m concerned, I am confident in saying that I would not rewatch certain Bond films, certainly not of my own volition.
If I flipped through some channels and GE or QOS were on, I might perhaps stick around and watch them if there was nothing else on tv.
But something like “let’s watch TWINE tonight”?… never gonna happen!

Surprisingly, I'm still struggling to watch and enjoy NTTD. Nothing to do with Bond's death. The film just doesn't feel Bond enough for me. There are other below average Bond films, but still, they all feel like Bond films. Maybe my perception of NTTD might change in the future, but for now, I don't enjoy the film. I have only seen it fully twice. The rest of the time has just been the Norway-Matera sequence and the bunker shootout.

There are other below average Bond films, but still, they all feel like Bond films. Maybe my perception of NTTD might change in the future, but for now, I don't enjoy the film. I have only seen it fully twice. The rest of the time has just been the Noway-Matera sequence and the bunker shootout.

It's a disjointed of a film with different subplots that were not allowed to breathe and develop, the same for the characters, some of them were plot devices just to advance the story but without actual characterization like Logan Ash for example, he's just there to kill Felix, he doesn't serve any purpose other than that, the same for Paloma, and again, the plots were all compressed in one film when one each of them could be in different Bond films (SPECTRE's blackmail of Madeleine, Bond and Nomi's rivalry and Bond's relevance (again), Safin involving his revenge against Mr. White and his relationship with Madeleine, Logan Ash killing Felix (a double agent) and Bond's revenge for his death), and the main plot which is the Nanobots was not fleshed out well for me to buy the whole thing that's going on.

The blatant callbacks, I have no problem with giving tributes to the older Bond films, but them to have no originality and to reuse them again in a new original concept (Bond's romance with Madeleine and its usage of We Have All The Time In The World) is beyond unforgivable for me, the underutilized Aston Martin V8 from TLD (minimizing its purpose only to drive Bond from London to Norway, unrealistically).

And again, the underutilized characters that were not fleshed out, the obvious emotional manipulation by overkilling Bond (not organic or natural), it followed what DAD had done before by sabotaging the anniversary of Bond (if my memory serves, it's intention was to release the film in 2022, if not for Pandemic), well, it's a bad celebration of the Bond Franchise, just like DAD, it failed to be a successor of Skyfall (the only Bond celebration film that got it right), there were many things gone wrong with this film, again, I have no problem doing with them risky things in Bond, but it's done in a wrong and messy way.

    Let's be honest:

I think any of us who are motivated enough to be on the MI6 website right now would vastly prefer watching *any* Bond film (yes, even DAD) over whatever is on hospital TV, or the beeping of medical devices.

If I was on my death bed, and had my favourite meal ever with me... it would be Octopussy. Go out on an all time high! :D

Plus it was my first ever Bond film, so it would be fitting if it were the last.

I would watch any Bond film, except 'Casino Royale 1967', I don't want to have a bad memory of watching a Bond film 😅, at least even in the Bond films I'm not a fan of, I could find some good in them, on the other hand, I can't find any good things in CR'67.

For sure if my days were numbered and I was unsure if I could manage to fit them all in I would chose an order which would roughly be:

    1. All of the 60s films

Felt a bit dizzy, but I'm ok.

    2. LALD, MR, OP, TLD, TND, CR, SF, NTTD

I'm unwell, bedridden, but I still have breath in my body

    3. DAF, TMWTGG, TSWLM, FYEO, GE, QOS, SP

The doctor has been and I'm conscious but I noticed him shaking his head sadly at my wife.

    4. AVTAK, TWINE, DAD

    I'm drifting into unconsciousness....

    5. I think LTK is on but everything has gone dark

Actually the film was supposed to come out in 2019, and then in 2020 following Boyle's departure. The pandemic actually pushed it closer to 2022, not further.
