@goldenswissroyale technically, you found the right answer first but Lawrence is the actor’s last name, while Rodney, as @Benny correctly stated, is the actual character’s name.
I’ll let you both duel it out to decide who plays next 😉

I’ll be nice and give it to @goldenswissroyale as he technically got it

Ah, I was too lazy to name check the character. Funny that I had the actor's real name in mind.
I can try to find a new character tonight but I definitely would also be fine with @Benny taking over.

    Speaking Eon character
    1. Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, Coca Cola. Me.
    2. Am I good or bad?
    3. I'm quite memorable despite my short screen time (at least goldenswissroyale thinks so)
    4. I'm sitting.
    5. The information I share is not really needed but my part helps the atmosphere of the scene.
    6. Around here, others are using the same "gadget" as I do.
    7. My disguise is better than Bond's.

    Guesses:
    Countdown guy (DAF)
    Heller
    Hip
    Peaceful Fountains
    Photographer (DN)
    Tosca (anyone)

    New clues.
  • Could be something from QOS. The Tosca Opera sequence, some of the clues would seem to align to it. Tough to pick out an actual character other than White or Greene as most others in place aren't named.

Could be one of Greene's associates that leaves the building once they realize they've been rumbled. One gets thrown off a roof by Bond who asks who's he's working for. We'll go with him as other than that it's tough to locate a right answer.

Good idea but it is none of the characters attending Tosca.

It is the guy sitting down polishing shoes in LALD. We pass a Coke truck, Pepsi truck and a Coke sign. He gets on the CB radio. "He's heading east!"

"Oh, and I have eyes in the back of my head!"

And we have a winner. Impressive detective work @QBranch
It is indeed "the guy sitting down polishing shoes in LALD"

    1. Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, Coca Cola. Me.
It's the scene where Bond is tailing the baddies in Harlem with many radios involved. Perfectly described by the winner: We pass a Coke truck, Pepsi truck and a Coke sign. Afterwords he gets on the CB radio: "He's heading east!"
    2. Am I good or bad?
He informs Strutter, which means he is working for the CIA. But we don't know that at this point and I always thought as a teenager that the shoe polisher belongs to the baddies.
    3. I'm quite memorable despite my short screen time (at least goldenswissroyale thinks so)
At least, he always stood out for me...
    4. I'm sitting.
On a wooden box while polishing the shoes.
    5. The information I share is not really needed but my part helps the atmosphere of the scene.
"He's heading east!" Strutter replies: "Can't miss him. It's like following a cue ball."
    6. Around here, others are using the same "gadget" as I do.
A radio...even the taxi driver uses one!
    7. My disguise is better than Bond's.
Diguised as a shoe polisher...Bond doesn't have a real disguise, but Strutter tells Bond later that his disguise didn't work: I dont remember the words in detail but it's something about being disguised as a white in Harlem ;)

    Your turn @QBranch

    Clues:

You can't really tell as we're all sitting, but I'm much shorter than the others.
    Someone smiles at me.
Let's just skirt the issue, shall we?
