Robert Brown as M in LTK said that Bond his ''Secret Service Act'' remain even he revoked his Licence To Kill. If Secret Service Act be in danger then all Mi6 secrets are on table. So a story around this act and that must re-writing it can be interesting. We get example of this with exposed names of secrets agents & Q laptop connection in SF.
I like that; and it looks nice as a title, would look good on a poster.
It's the Official Secrets Act and most of these series of Acts have now been repealed due to the passing of the National Security Act 2023.

Thanks. It came to me when I slammed my brakes on to slow down before a reckless driver who was overtaking a car with very little margin left.
I had thought of Seconds to Eternity first, as @LucknFate suggests above. I couldn't really decide which one sounded better as a Bond title.
