There seems to be an influx of unofficial models from movies and TV shows, with scale model manufacturers settling for the same spec and licence plates, but without any official mention on packaging or advertising. Saves a fair deal of money. So far, I've added the following unofficial Bond cars to my personal collection:
Aston Martin DBS Vantage - On Her Majesty's Secret Service.
Mercedes-Benz 280SE - Octopussy. Repainted the interior, currently trying to find russian decals for the boot lid and measuring a piece of railway to display it on.
Alfa Romeo GTV6 - Octopussy. Just needs sime high-quality print number plates.
BMW 750iL - Tomorrow Never Dies. Save for the facelift headlights it's screen accurate.
Jaguar X-C75 - Spectre. Same as the Alfa, just needs Rome licence plate on the rear.
Porsche Cayenne Turbo - Everything Or Nothing. the similaties pretty much end at the colour and model, but I figured I could try my hand at installing some gadgets.
Studebaker Avanti - Ian Fleming's personal car. Needs number plates and a few details changed.
If anyone knows of any more Bond cars hiding in plain sight, please do share :)
I bought mine from a distributor here in Singapore that brings in Mini GT models, so I simply pre-ordered from him when he announced that they were bringing it in.
There are various UK retailers distributing Mini GT models. Maybe you can try The Modelstore or Diecast Model Centre. These are the ones that I know of.
I really want the Lotuses if I can.
I've already pre-ordered the BMW 750 too.
Now that looks very nice. I seem to have a bit of an accidental TND-themed collection going on so I guess I need it...

And they released some prototype pics last year, so hopefully they're still on the table. The DAD Jag shown above is obviously still in prototype stage so presumably they're still working on them and there's more to come.

On a non-Bond note, I'm a big fan of Citroens so I might treat myself to that 'Ski Club' Safari Corgi's bringing out.
I acquired a couple of 1:76 Oxford Diecast minis recently: this suspiciously familiar Jag:
And the Bentley Mk VI Bond acquires at the end of MR, the novel (as close as I could get to the description of silver car, blue interior):
