Well done, @R1s1ngs0n, never would've guessed Mathilde.

    New round: Krug?
Not Mr. Krug (I admit I had to look him up as I've no recollection of that character).

    4. My name is quite befitting my overall attitude and behavior.

    Well done @QBranch
It is indeed the distinguished Mr. Solo.

    1. I don’t hold those around me in high esteem.
"A convention of hoods" as he bluntly puts it.
    2. Patience is not one of my strongest suits.
Anxious to collect his million bucks and leave for the airport.
    3. Unbeknownst to me, I carry a crucial piece of information.
Bond slips into his pocket a piece of paper intended for Leiter, warning of Goldfinger's plan.
    4. My name is quite befitting my overall attitude and behavior.
Solo's not a particularly sociable individual, nor is he a team player.

Natalya sticks her tongue out? Tell me when, I must know for research purposes.

I must be having a Mandela moment I thought she sticks her tongue out at Boris when they are at the satellite site in Russia?

I interpreted the clue I be M...to IBM and thought of her posing as a teacher buying the computers.

In short, a total shot in the dark.

The supervisor distracted by Rosika makes more sense. And he already appeared in OP.

I'm lost, adrift with this one!

I started to think of the dude in FRWL who is working with Grant. But alas he doesn't do anything with a satellite. Then I thought of the dude in GF who says "this is really my day gin." but the clues don't match up.

I will throw a dart at the wall and say Hargraves from TSWLM?

Dr. Metz? Also it would help if you could consolidate all your clues and incorrect guesses in one post, Mr. @QBranch.

I think it must be the Russian Computer Store Manager from GoldenEye:

@Dragonpol It is indeed 'Computer Store Manager' from GE, as played by actor Constantine Gregory.

    1. I stick my tongue out. (Seen in first shot; I stick my tongue out due to the heavy computer equipment I'm carrying)
    2. I could use a lesson in manners. (I greet Natalya as if she's bothering me)
    3. I adjust to what they're telling me. (I straighten my tie when Natalya lists all the products sought)
    4. Things have become very PC since you last saw my face. (I'm surrounded by PCs, unlike previous character, 'Aide to Metz' in DAF)
    5. I think it's my lucky day. (I think I'm going to make a huge sale)
    6. I'm a constant teen. In fact, I remain at fourteen. (constant teen = Constantine; my computer store is at number #14, as seen on the outside wall when Natalya arrives)
    7. I be M, but not Judi Dench's M. (I be M = IBM computers, advertised in my shop)
    8. The actor playing this character was in a previous Bond film. ('Aide to Metz' in DAF)
    9. I'm holding something electronic. (I'm holding a computer tower when you first see me)
    10. The sign behind me says 'No Entry'. (The sign on the door, written in Russian: 'ВХОДА НЕТ')
    11. I'm a dude who intrudes on the rude. ("Is everything satisfactory?" "Everything except the interruption.")
    12. There is satellite talk nearby for both characters played by this actor (see clue #8). (Natalya tells Boris about the theft of 'Petya', while in DAF Metz talks on the phone about receiving diamonds for the satellite)
    13. CG is CSM. (Constantine Gregory is Computer Store Manager)
    14. Brosnan era character. (I'm seen in GoldenEye)
