It would be nice to get back to calling them Thrillers.

I guess Helen Mirren's recent comments puts paid to her becoming the new M, as some have suggested.

An erotic Bond film ? Oh, I think we've had them, if you need not have explicit disclosure. First of all, for those who favor men, Sean Connery always gave them something to enjoy. And as for lovely ladies - Honey Riger emerging from the sea ! Jinx doing the same years later ! Two ladies wrasslin' in FRWL - and then shacking up with Bond. The Russian Doll in FRWL wearing only a choker ! Even necrophiliacs got a thrill in GF ! Bond gets a multi-attendant bath in YOLT. Bond spending days and nights with a BUNCH of lovely ladies in OHMSS ! Domino wears an underboob swimsuit with fishnet DECADES ahead of the market in TB ! For those of us fond of redheads - Jill St. John in DAF WOO !!! It goes on and on...including, in the non-EON, the incomparable Joanna Pettet in CR '67...oh...my...

If they're after shock value and meme-worthy scenes they probably want Bond to show some bare skin.

I'm pretty sure the "Anya Amasova" industry has already taken action on that matter for some time now, though.

Nudity is cheap. Don't go there.

It was a shame when Honey came out of the water naked.

I think the writing is definitely on the wall regarding the next Bond director.

No offense but it really does not look to me like John Williams will score Bond 26

    Haha.

It's gotta be Freddie, who would surely be welcomed with open arms:

Dark Horizons on Cuaron on Bond:
    https://www.darkhorizons.com/cuaron-seems-to-confirm-bond-26-talk/

It seems rather vague to me, but we’re all starved for 007 news.

Yeah, considering it's been YEARS without any news at all.

I rewatched Children of Men for the first time in years last night. Emanuel Lubezki’s cinematography was great, he’d certainly be someone who’d be up there with the best if brought onboard by Cuarón (that’s if Cuarón really is in the frame to direct AND all parties come to an agreement). Some good action set-pieces, too. I’m certainly feeling a bit more optimistic about the next film than I was.
