create a Bond 24 plot

I saw someone suggest this on the wish list and I accidentally posted my Bond 24 plot on there, so if you have time and want to make a bond plot. you choose how to lay it out, anyway heres mine.

The Serpents Tooth:
After a stand alone tile sequence, Bond reports to M (and Moneypenny) where he learns that a brand new british aircraft carrier, HMS Gauntlet, the largest of it's kind, has disappeared in the indian ocean on a trial run, M discloses it was carrying 50 VX-5 missiles, a nerve gas that can kill people in a 10 mile radius, M informs Bond of one lead, a letter had been sent by an anonymous organization, who call themselves the Serpent's tooth. M suggests bond starts his search in South Africa, where MI6 agent Eve Jones tells Bond that sightings of the ship were heard off the coast of Somalia and 2 small fishing trawlers also went missing soon after, when bond is heading to Station J on the outskirts of the city with cook, he is attacked by an african militant, after a motorbike chase through the city, Bond dispatches his opponent (couldn't decide how) and learns he Dimond Nambute, when he contacts Bill Tanner, he finds that Nambute was a member of The EAPL, Ethiopian Army for Peoples Liberation, him and Jones head to station J in the Grasslands of the Transvaal to equip himself for his mission, he finds Q, very upset with his posting in South Africa, gives Bond a camera which can bring up data on any required person and even has a gun in the flash, Q also gives bond a swing wire. When Bond and Jones arrives in Ethiopia he disguises himself as Pierre De Vries, a South African arms manufacturer, trying to sell equipment to the EAPL, he meets Bekele Rambani, leader of the EAPL and apparent fighter for his "peoples" freedom, in reality he is a ruthless killer who takes no prisoners and will kill any men, women or children who stand against him, Bond meets him in the battlefield and after dropping many double entendres, Rambani suggests they go hunting, in truth, he plans to have killed De Vries anyway, to get the weapons for free, he plans to abandon Bond and Jones in the grasslands and leave him to the animals, which he does succesfully, but not knowing that Bond is an MI6 agent until after he has abandoned him, Bond uses his survival skills and fights off a Lion and a pack of hyaenas, and him and Jones spend a passionate evening in an African village before they is picked up by the real Ethiopian army, and is introduced to Dabir Dahnay, a former MI6 agent who works as head of The Ethiopian Secret Service, meanwhile Rambani reports to Dzanani island, off the coast of Somalia, where recruits for his army are being trained and where the Gauntlet has been taken to, while Dahnay shows Bond the layout of Dzanani island Bond recognizes the Gauntlet and The VX-5 missiles, Bond explains to Dahnay that the VX-5 is why he is here and Dahnay agrees that Bond should infiltrate the base. when he arrives at the coast he uses the below sea sewer level to reach the lower cliffs of the island and uses the swing wire to to reach the outskirts of the base and dispatches the lookouts and light towers, he then sneaks through the complex and gets to Rambani's tent where while gathering info he hears Rambani and some european associates approach the tent, Bond hides in one of the kit bags but manages to use his camera to identify the three associates (and record the encounter) as John Willard, CEO of Willard banking group, Ron O'Brien, Admiral in the Royal Navy and Harrison Atwell, inventor of the VX-5 missile and CEO of Atwell & James Biochemical weapons manufacturer. The conversation reveals O'Brien and Atwell gave Rambani the information to hijack the gauntlet, and Willard has Funded Rambani. Rambani requests more time for his plan, to extort The UK, Japan and the US so London, Tokyo and New York were not targeted by the missiles, and to frame the British (if their demands weren't met.) as no other countries had heard of the Gauntlet's launch or the British use of the VX-5 and O'Brien's involvement would pin it on the British, starting a global war. When Rambani leaves to show his associates the Gauntlet and the VX-5, Bond makes his way to the warehouse facility, and contacts Dahnay and tells him to launch an assault on The island to provide a distraction for him destroying the weapons, Bond disarms the weapons and blows up the Warehouse, but had noticed one missile was missing, meanwhile Dahnay's men and Jones arrive at the island and start a battle with Rambani's army, allowing Bond a way to get to Rambani, as Rambani's associates are from the deck of the Gauntlet Bond confront's Rambani on the deck of the Gauntlet, Rambani flees into the bowels of the ship and Bond chases him through a hidden cave which leads to an observation tower. when Bond reaches the observation tower, he and Rambani fight to a stalemate, realising his plan is almost ruined, Rambani explains that he is only one of an association and tries to kill Bond with his Shotgun but Bond sees the controls for the Rocket and fires it straight into Rambani, impaling him and firing him into the air, realising the missile will eventually hit it's target of the south side of Tokyo, bond has to quickly disarm the rocket and regroup with Dahnay's men, where he and Jones reunite and Rambani's army is defeated, eliminating the VX-5 threat and bringing peace to Ethiopia. Dahnay gives Bond his Mangbetu Knife as a sign of respect and appreciation and bringing peace to his people and Bond dons his Navy gear to comandeer the Gauntlet back to england, while he and Jones enjoy some nice alone time. meanwhile Rambani's associates report back to their superior (unseen), who says that Rambani's failures should set an example to his subordinates, and any subordinate who fails but survives should run in fear, then a white cat runs into the room and jumps onto the superior's lap.

Alright, I'll take a stab at a Bond 24 plot.

    PTS:

The film starts out FRWL-style, with the villains instead of Bond. Our lead villain, Bernard Golding, finds an old Middle Eastern weapons cache in the middle of Iraq. One of the weapons is a dirty bomb, and it's exactly what Golding is looking for.

    TS:

    EON PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS

    DANIEL CRAIG
    AS IAN FLEMING'S
    JAMES BOND IN

    THE EYE OF DARKNESS

    STARRING

    KEVIN BACON (Golding)
??? (as Bond Girl, Shelley Finch)
    BEN WHISHAW (Q)
    RORY KINNEAR (Tanner)
    ??? (as henchman, Milosch)
    JEFFERY WRIGHT (Felix)
    NAOMIE HARRIS (Moneypenny)

    AND RALPH FIENNES AS M

    CREW TO BE DETERMINED

    SCREENPLAY BY JOHN LOGAN

    DIRECTED BY SAM MENDES

    ACT 1

A series of terrorist attacks surface across the planet, hitting major cities and tourist sites. In the US, the director of the CIA is working through a mess of paperwork regarding the attacks, and puts Felix Leiter on the case. Felix, naturally, thinks of only one man he'll take the job with: Bond

He calls up MI6, where M(allory) is in just as much mess with these terrorist attacks as his counterpart in the CIA. M tells Felix that Bond is already on the assignment, in Rio De Janeiro.

We cut to Bond, on the assignment, as it were, sleeping with a woman whom he assumes is going to lead him on the right trail.

I'LL EDIT THIS WHEN I THINK OF MORE
  • Here's a rough outline of a plot idea I had for the next movie...

Bond 24 begins with M announcing to Bond that MI6 is attempting to shed greater light on Quantum and its dealings as there have been several unexplained events over the past few years for which they seem increasingly responsible for. While shadowing a suspected Quantum asset Bond discovers that they are planning to carry out an act of international terrorism. After thwarting the deadly plan, Bond discovers a faint connection between the asset and a suicide clinic just outside Zurich, the head of which is none other than a one: Dr. Gunter Shatterhand.

M dispatches Bond to the Swiss Alps to pay a visit to Dr. Shatterhand's clinic under the guise of an EU health examiner to see if the connection has any grounds. During their meeting the two will tour the clinic, designed to look like an indoor garden, where they will have an interesting discussion about mortality and the will to live. In this conversation Bond will let-slip to Shatterhand several hints that he suspects a connection between the clinic and the attempted terrorist plot. Shortly after the meeting, Shatterhand, who already recognized Bond from a photo of his previous run-ins with Quantum, will order his guards to kill Bond. The resultant conflict will culminate in a car chase through the Alps, from which Bond will make a narrow escape.

From there Bond will be forced to track Shatterhand to Quantum’s base of operations and thwart an even bigger plan which they have already put into place. Bond will be captured and brought to Shatterhand where he will formally re-introduce himself to Bond as Ernst Stavro Blofeld. He will inform Bond how it was in fact he who was behind the deaths of Vesper and Mathis, and how he wished he could have taken credit for M’s death as well. Bond will end up spoiling whatever diabolical plan Blofeld has in store, and will set about taking personal revenge on Blofeld by cornering him in the aftermath. The two will engage in a vicious hand-to-hand fight to the death involving two katana’s from a samurai display in Blofeld’s personal office. During the battle, Bond will nearly kill Blofeld when he slashes his sword diagonally across his right eye, hence the iconic scar. Shortly after this however, Blofeld will manage to escape, setting up a continued hunt for him in Bond 25.

Personally I like the African plot. Might even incorporate some of Deaver's characters from "Carte Blanche." Capetown would be a good location to shoot, might have some good sex on the beach scenes with an attractive female agent from South Africa.
  • Something political with Quantum in the background. Working title: Colonel Sun.

    James Bond: Daniel Craig
    M: Ralph Fiennes
    Moneypenny: Naomi Harris
    Q: Ben Whishaw
    Jack Strikeman: Daniel Day-Lewis
Gala Brand (primary Bond girl): Rebecca Hall
Siren (secondary Bond girl): Hayley Atwell
Title Song Artist: Florence and the Machine
Director: I'd like Mendes, but I doubt he'll come back, so I'll say Joe Wright.

    The Undertaker's Wind
Plot: An MI6 numbers station nicknamed "The Undertaker's Wind"(named after an eerie jingle which the station's architect had created to signal the beginning and end of a transimission) located near a maximum security prison in Iceland formerly used to transmit messages to spies in the field and remotely activating weapons of mass distruction has become active and transmitting strange cryptic messages sporadically. It is regarded as a technical problem with aging equipment and is disregarded. The British government sends a crew out to examine the equipment, however they do not return. The transmissions continue to happen more frequently and begin to coincide with assassinations of British politicians and attacks on embassies across the world, one nearly killing the PM on a trip to Tel Aviv. The use of numbers stations had become more or less obsolete and MI6 does not have technicians with enough knowledge to decipher the transmissions as they often use one time pads. Bond is sent out to lure an ex-MI6 communications expert, Gala Brand (Rebecca Hall) back into the field from an early retirement in order to investigate. She is reluctant at first as she has already distanced herself from the world of espionage and had her only killed 2 years ago during an attempt on her life. Ever since she has been unable to enjoy her retirement and is still living in a world of fear. Bond offers her protection (which he is unsure where it will come from) in return for her help and reluctantly joins Bond on his journey.

The grounds on which the mysterious station is located is now part of this high security prison (think Guantanamo but sort of ominous and eerie, with inmates even more dangerous) which had been handed over to Strikeman Corporation, a gargantuan private security contractor headed by Jack Strikeman (Daniel Day-Lewis), in the mid 1980's. M smells a rat and sends Bond on a trail following leads to Tokyo where hi-tech signal hijacking devices are rumored to be sold on the black market, Bond unsuccessfully attempts to purchase one under the cover of Robert Sterling of Universal Exports and narrowly misses an attempted Yakuza assassination due to a case of mistaken identity, Bond then heads to Greece where Bond uses a inexperienced Mossad agent, Siren, who survived the Tel Aviv attack, as bait to lure out the assassins and find the orchestrator of the terrorist attacks. The plan goes horribly wrong and siren is Siren killed and the suspects disappear leaving hardly any evidence of their identities behind. Bond then continues on to Cyprus (the home of the last operative MI6 numbers station) where they learn from a veteran ex-spy (Gary Oldman) who happens to maintain a fascination with the espionage world that a Cold War era Russian double agent credited for developing some of the Soviet Union's most advanced defense mechanisms who had been rumored to be dead long ago is actually still alive and is incarcerated at this prison. They discover that he is attempting to trigger a dead man's switch which MI6 and the CIA had deemed inoperative. The only issue is that now, Strikeman has now turned his private security empire into a small army which now defends this prison along with hundreds of lethal and clinically insane inmates.

Bond returns to England and the MI6 staff creates a clandestine scheme for a secret war, and all out assault on the prison using the entire 00 section. Strikeman has become some kind of a godlike presence in the prison and turned the inmates into an army of their own. The climax of all climaxes takes place as MI6's army battles an army made up of trained private soldiers and hundreds of the most unhinged criminals the world has ever seen. Bond and Gala make their way into the prison stealthily but are captured and thrown into Strikeman's "Garden of Death", a massive simulated ecosystem filled with lethal plants and wildlife in the middle of the prison where inmates are sent to die. Bond and Gala make their way out however the first arriving helicopter which carries the other 00's is shot down with artillery guns. The battle ends with the station and majority of the prison being destroyed. At the end of the film, Bond tries to make a romantic advance on Gala, but she reminds him of the family she has waiting for her in England, they share a goodbye and go their seperate ways. I see it playing out like an old fashioned Bond finale battle like YOLT or OHMSS but with grit and intensity that has become a staple of the Craig era. I'd like to see it be a tense espionage thriller that works up to a massive climax. FRWL meets OHMSS is the best way I can describe it.

"The Undertaker's Wind" station is inspired by this:

A mysterious man (Michael Fassbender) posing as James Bond has been killing individuals that Britian has persistently deemed as "threats". Bond must learn the identity of the impostor to clear his name but soon discovers that this an attempt to disable M16 in order to leave room for a coup d'état of Britian's government by one of its minority parties. As this undisclosed party has members who hold office in Britian, no one can be trusted as anyone can be a spy.

Blofeld (Christopher Eccleston), assigns one of Quantums best agents, an ex IRA member named Patrick Mcdonald (Colin Farell) who quit after the violent campaigns stopped, a mysterious operation called Risico. The operation will be funded by an evil billionaire German Industrialist named Dr. Guntram Shatterhand (Christoph Waltz), who's been promised a cut of the profits.

After the PTS, Bond is at a hotel somewhere with a shagpiece but is called in. He meets Moneypenny and then M (still Ralph Fiennes). An MI6 agent has been killed but sent MI6 a distorted voice message before he died mentioning Risico, Quantum, Farells villian and Shatterhand. M has been ordered not to investigate Shatterhand but sends Bond anyway on an off the books mission because of a run in he had with Mcdonald when he was with the IRA, he thinks Mcdonald is so dangerous that Bond has to check it out. Bond gets his gadgets then leaves on his way, first travelling to Japan. He meets Felix Lieter there who gives him info about Shatterhand and an invitation, telling him to meet a CIA agent there.

Bond goes to a party hosted by Shatterhand at a skyscraper in Tokyo, undercover as a journalist, he meets Shatterhand as well as a female CIA agent (Gina Carano) and investigates, eventually finding info on a laptop that points to a weapons manufacturing plant in Australia owned by Quantum. But although Bond takes out the cameras, he is caught snooping around by Shatterhands henchwoman (Jeeja Yanin), a deadly Thai martial artist (I can't think of a name for the henchwoman or the CIA chick).

She beats the crap out of Bond who only manages to take her out thanks to one of Qs gadgets. Bond quickly leaves the party, speeding away in his new Jaguar. When the henchwoman wakes up she tells Shatterhand about Bond. Shatterhand tells her not to worry and makes a phone call telling somebody to take care of Mr Bond.

Bond is then travelling on a bullet train, he calls M who tells him to travel to Australia and to investigate the plant. Bond is attacked by several assassins on the train, sent by Shatterhand, and there's a brutal, fast, cramped fight which ends with Bond beaten and bruised, one assassin thrown off the train, one with a bullet in his head and another strangled to death.

I'll finish this another time but that's enough for today I think.

    Once and For All

Like Silva's sinister plans, it's a straight up tale of revenge. Revenge on 007! Mwahaha!

"Currently, the main focus of Quantum is to devote our agents to exterminating the pestilent Mr. Bond once and for all, and by any means necessary- because some things are more important to our organization than money. And of course, killing Mr. Bond won't be a problem..."

@QBranch I normally do but it's very tempting to let him know what a sick person he is, sorry :)

Part 2 of my story (called Shatterhand btw)

Bond travels to Australia where he meets an ASIS agent named Becky Rockatansky (yes that's a Mad Max reference). She talks to Bond and flirts with him then tells him that to get to the weapons plant he'll have to first go to a hotel and take out a Quantum member (I'm bad with names), then take his place at the Sydney Opera house for a Quantum meeting. Bond says something about Quantum and Operas because of QOS, then leaves.

Later he's at the hotel and after flirting with the receptionist manages to get the Quantum members room number. He heads up there and picks the lock, the bad guy is on the phone, he's being told the signal is to straighten his tie with his right hand, and his left hand has to go in his pocket. Bond listens on in this, then takes him out quickly after he hangs up. Bond takes his tickets, car keys and Quantum earpiece and leaves the hotel as two ASIS members go in to retrieve the unconcious baddy. Bond drives back to his hotel now using the villians car (a Bentley Continental GT V8), and goes to his room where he finds Becky waiting. They talk, have a drink then have sex.

Bond goes to the Opera house in the Bentley. Somebody talks into his earpiece and asks him for the signal, which Bond does. 2 guards then approach Bond to escort him to the meeting. Bond is taken to a backrow seperated off to the other packed rows by plenty of empty seats, he recognises Mcdonald from his file photo, there are several other members there who he doesn't know, the centre of attention is a tall, thin man with long silver hair and green contact lenses.

Blofeld asks Mcdonald how things are going. Mcdonald tells Blofeld about a breech of security at Shatterhands party. Blofeld is angry but he says the operation will go ahead as planned, and Shatterhand will be punished in due time. He asks who was in charge of Shatterhands extra security at the party and a member shakily raises his hand, Blofeld turns and stabs him. He also orders Mcdonald to take Bond and another member to the weapons facility, this was thier plan so they deserve to be able to see how it's coming along. Blofeld and his personal guards leave and soon after, Mcdonald, Bond and the other Quantum member follow. Bond notices everal Quantum henchmen undercover in the audience at different spots also standing up to leave, but the man who was head of security lies dead in his seat.

All part of his sinister plan to intimidate the MI6 community. Essentially, he is our Silva.

I can envision the bullet train scene, and it looks mighty good. Can't wait to see Bond in Australia for real, being an Aussie and all. Will there be an explosive tanker chase at the end of your story, ala LTK? If it's all the same to you, I'll drive that tanker. ;)

I was going to put in a big secret base finale with lots of henchmen in jumpsuits, a big battle, etc.

Haha, very nice :) I'm trying to think of a quote I can say back but my mind has gone blank. Surprising because I've seen those movies god knows how many times. Roll on Fury Road!
  • Wow. Such creativity and imagination here.

I was brainstorming future plots for 24 and beyond for fun. I figured a climax twist in act three as a form of an unsuspecting betrayal would shock Bond's world (for another emotional component which seems to be a trend for DC's films). This would set up a sequel and DC's farewell appearance in a conclusive 25.

Then again, only did I realize our friend Christopher Nolan already stole that idea with Talia al Ghul (I wasn't too surprised).

I have a idea for a bond movie, it is not the best idea but this is the premise then later I will be the whole story:
When a terrorist attacks England, MI6 are assigned to hunt the man down at all costs as they send their top agent, James Bond to wipe out the man responsible. He must do everything to protect the agency and England.

    You mean Skyfall?

How? In Skyfall it was about a rouge agent turned cyber terrorist that was trying to have revenge on M after being betrayed. My story is about a Australian terrorist who was a soldier whose closest friends got killed from the British people because they were targeting a British soldier who bombed Perth. So how is that Skyfall in anyway?

Daniel Craig as James Bond 007 in

    THE PROPERTY OF A LADY

The film starts with a gunbarrel sequence which takes us to a mountain in France. A man is climbing up the mountain trying to dodge armed guards protecting a newly created (and unknown) virus. As he climbs up, his colleagues infiltrate the mountains from a different entrance. As the man climbs, one of the guards takes notice and tries to get his radio but is quickly gunned down by the climber. As he reaches the entrance, it appears that he and his colleagues have been made and they attempt to take it as fast as he can. He gets them to leave and he tries to take it himself with them being part of his escape. He takes the vile and finds himself surrounded by armed guards. Here, it's revealed that the man is James Bond. He manages to outwit the guards and jumps down to mountain to reveal the parachute he has, as the group gather in a truck and drive away.

    TITLES

We are back in France, inside an office building where a man is nervously pacing. This man is brought into the office where a woman, who's face isn't seen, asks him about the project. He nervously says that the project is held back from the theft of the virus. She demands to know the identity of the thief, and he gives her an image from surveillance, which shows James Bond grab it. She demands her best assassins for his head.

In London, James Bond brings the virus where he gives it to Q for examination, where he talks with M and walks to his office about the creators of the virus, known associates of QUANTUM. He sends Bond out for the mission, where we see him talk with Moneypenny.
