I was Serbian-Europe and South America in the next one, and Brazil is perfect. What if Skyfall starts a trend where Bond goes everywhere the Olympics will be?

2012: London
2014: Russia
2016: Brazil
as main locations. That'd be cool.
That might be a bit awkward.. and maybe dangerous if things develop.
I'm not quite sure, seeing tenstion between UK and Argentina over the Falkland, I just don't think Argentina is right for now to be a location for Bond. But I know other great location:
Russia (I know we have seen Russia in Goldeneye but none of the action or setting have taken place in Russia, so I would love Russia to allow a Bond film to be done over there).
South Korea (I know the Die Another day cause a controversy, but after seeing how South Korea is becoming an attraction due to K-pop and K-drama, maybe South Korea could serve as a cool location for a Bond film. Beside I've been watching some K-drama and I do see plenty of pretty Korean actresses that have Bond girl potential. I think maybe if EON can adapt The Man with the Red Tattoo into a movie, we could add South Korea into the film)
Japan (I know they did it for YOLT, and some part of it for Skyfall particularly Hashima Island. But I feel like Japan should deserve another chance for a Bond film, it would be cool if the film version of The Man with the red Tattoo could bring that back to Japan)

South Africa (No Bond film had ever been filmed in South Africa, the only way for that to happen, do a film adaptation of Carte Blanche)
Australia (Bond need to really to go to Australia)
some location in USA: Washington DC, Chicago, Texas (Felix's place to be exact)
Wellington! Hah, shootout at the caketin, blowing up the beehive and Bond trying to find a liquor store open after 10pm. They could film a car chase through the central streets and wouldn't even have to close any of them down for normal traffic. And EON would get massive tax breaks and keys to the city as long as they put a NZ tourism featurette on the DVD.
Actually that gives me an idea. How about a guy who was part of the IRA (and had a run in with M maybe) but was angry when they stopped with the armed campaign, so he went rogue. Say he joined Quantum and is assigned by the leader (Blofeld in an ideal world), to organise some sort of attack on Britain (which would somehow get Quantum money, and also create a united Ireland).
Get Colin Farrell to play the baddy (and Christopher Eccleston as Blofeld).
I'm struggling to think of what Quantums plan would be though. Maybe cause some sort of huge disaster that affects Northen Ireland and the Republic, somehow pin it on the British goverment to cause a revolution (by framing M, which would fit in with the bad guys backstory), and make money supplying weapons (which they have manufactured in Australia). Actually scrap that, the last Sherlock Holmes film basically had the same evil plan.
Come to think of it you can see a bullet train in Inception (love that movie), but it that was just a nice transitional quiet scene.
That's why a film version of The Man with red tatoo would be awesome, also if you look at one of my link, a few years ago, an area of Japan push a campaign to have a Bond movie film on that area. It would be cool if EON would do a adaptation of The Man with the Red Tatoo.
How about an early scene in Australia: Bond racing across the Sydney Harbour Bridge to defuse a bomb - or a massive fight at the top - then leaps onto a waiting speedboat and speeds off ... next scene the Sea of Japan, with all the lovely islands dotting the soft green water ... and we proceed into some action in Japan. I would love that. And Bond could meet up with Tiger's grandson or something; that would be a sweet little nod to the past.
- Canada - mostly Quebec city
- Portugal - is there any other place for Bond than where it began?
- Australia - why not? And I would love to see Bond diving again, which makes this a perfect location
- Brasil - just like @youonlylivethrice said, the last attempt was far from good
- Switzerland - I want to see Bond hit the slopes again, with the obvious connection to his family and past
- Japan - just because I love Japan, the return there is long overdue
We don't have to have Tiger's grandchildren, remember this is the rebooted continuity not the old one, so that means we can re-introduced Tiger Tanaka in the rebooted continuity.
Sweden, Finland, Norway-Maybe too expensive to shoot there (especially Norway), but these are beautiful, lesser seen countries and the proximity to Russia would make for great plot inspiration. And it might also help with the casting! Scandinavians can pass as Russians of course, they have a fair deal of fairly internationally unknown talents, most of them are fluent in English, but this slightly dronish accent that can sound so foreign/spooky, just imagine the possibilities for the Bond girls and the villains.
Marseille would be an outstanding setting and location for some fine Bond action if they could manage it
Canada would be great as there are parts of Fleming's stories set in Canada. And they could use Vivienne Michel as a Bond girl, with a Quebec actress in the role (we are not short of beautiful actresses). Australia may not have been featured yet because it might be difficult to find a plot where it could be featured. Netherland I would love to see again with a much better plot than DAF (and maybe some Dutch actors as the baddie?). France should definitely be seen, but I hope they spend little time in Paris and more around France, in less features places. Marseille, maybe (nod to Draco and the Union Corse). Avignon and Saint-Malo are gorgeous places too, to name the ones at the top of my head.
And the idea that a city/country or even an actor/actress could buy their way into a Bond movie is horrendous. Imagine the terrible prospect of a Donald Trump or an Oprah Winfrey pumping millions of $$$ into the movie to satisfy their egos. Yuck! This is not a celebrity dumping ground available to the highest bidder. Keep the Bond girls relatively unknown actresses and they'll continue the success.
Not a prayer of that happening with the way the president is behaving!
And why not Brazil for 2014 if that's the next release (date). Would coincide with the soccer world cup down there and I'd like to see Bond at a game or something or scope for action, and it's been so long (1979) since Bond has been to the country
Still think Japan is worth another visit, and The Netherlands also, or the Irish Republic as Bond has never been there as of yet. Also, South Africa could be included, although we did come close to that with Madagascar a few years ago, but still an area to explore

I would also like to see Australia/New Zealand, South Africa, a little of the US, and definitely more South America (I wish they would've feature Boliva's road of death in QOS).

The same Casino where Fleming get inspiration for Casino Royale. That would be a cool nod to the Bond book in the film.
I don't see a problem with Bond heading to a political hot spot. The story itself does not have to be political (a la TLD).
