Registring a Charity

chaps I hav e recentley fired my long term attourney (Sam Hammity) but I require serious legal assistance free of charge (proboneo) . I am registering a charity "Galaxy Int." (we give back to the poor) the basic idea is .. well now we just give back to the commuonity by selling pounamu (greenstone) and other precious stones to raise capital and make other investments.

Does anyone have any legal experience registering a charity and can they do this for me free of charge.

    To kick things off I will be personally donating 100 pound to the charity starting on 1 Jan 2015.
