I remember when I saw this trailer. I loved it. It really teases you. I especially liked the scene were Bond was jogging in Hyde Park. It reminded me a bit of Rocky ;-). Pity it was cut later.
But having rewatched the Skyfall-teaser, I'm going to prepare for a similar kind of trailer. I think the SPECTRE-trailer will also contain a lot of stylish, low-key acting shots. I don't expect Christoph Waltz to appear in the trailer. And if some action will be included, then I guess it will be the sequences from Austria.
What I'm especially curious about are the scenes that have been filmed at Pinewood so far. Will we get a glimpse of the S.P.E.C.T.R.E.-meeting? Do we see Mr White? Will it show the new MI6-office in full again? Do we see Bond's interior decorating tips being put into practice in his own apartment in Notting Hill?
We'll know what happens for sure when we see which dates are on the different country versions of the trailer.
Not long to go guys !
What's interesting, after seeing this for the first time in a long time, is that DC's delivery of "Done" is not the same as in the film. It's a different take. In the film, DC's eyes narrow just a tad, with a slight pusring of the lips. I could be wrong: seeing the delivery of that line out of context might be giving me that sense. But it sure sounds and looks different.
What does everyone else think?
Told ya. Told everyone! It was already confirmed on December 4th by the way, during the title release. EON/Sony then specifically said "November 6th worldwide". Also was and still is mentioned on the official website 007.com. But then, in a weird twist, other media outlets, cinemas, IMDB, this forum, started to question that, and started to use the old UK premiere date again. Again, it is November 6th, also in the UK.
Regarding the teaser trailer. I actually completely forgot about China. When taking that market into account, it is more than normal that people there get to see it when they're on their way to work (Saturday is a working day there), around 7:45 AM.
Makes me happy though :-). No positive-discriminative advantages anymore for the UK people. Bond is for everyone. Bond should be truly global. And everyone should see it at the same date, if possible ;-). Hence a truly global premiere for "SPECTRE". November 6th!
One thing's for sure though, there won't be any super early releases for UK and so forth, this will be like your average big tentpole release, with all the releases worldwide happening in that space of 2-3 days (Wednesday to Friday Nov 4-6)
Also loling at RadioTimes, I mean come on:
http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2015-03-27/why-is-the-spectre-trailer-released-at-2345-tonight-we-investigate-the-possible-hidden-meanings
Hahaha that's actually a really funny, well done article. Trolling so hard :) Glad to see they have a sense of humour
I do enjoy the RadioTimes, they have some skilled journalists and their film reviews can be informative.
Please let me know if 007.com does anything special at 7:45
I had forgotten just how good of a trailer this is. It makes the film look so deep and meaningful, which - for a Bond film especially - can be a tall order.
!!!! heck yes
Although I know a thing or two about CG, I really would like to see for sure some of these CG shots allegedly done only for non-IMAX format, which means they have to zoom in for IMAX display (ie : the CG would stop before the frame otherwise)
