I'm still not convinced by a lot of the wardrobe, thus far.

What is it about the wardrobe you take issue with?

Just something a bit off for me, although it's obviously just personal taste. Trousers look a little slim fitting and I'm not convinced by the overcoat. I think because Dan has a lot of bulk up top I get a 'bouncer' vibe, albeit a classier breed of bouncer. Not convinced by the sunglasses either. Only Sean has pulled them off IMO.

I don't think the shades are part of the film's wardrobe but I could be wrong. Personally I think Craig's outfits for SP are probably his most diverse in all tge Bond films he's dine thus far and I think tge fittings are at least somewhat of an improvement over SF's.

I really like what he's wearing in Austria and in the London night shoots. I'd need to see more of the Mexico suit, but I'm not a massive fan of the Rome look. Should be an improvement on SF, yes. You could be right about the shades.

Those are merely fashion arguments. Thus clearly a matter of taste. For me it's a fashion choice that's very much a Bond choice. Luckily the fashion designers of "SPECTRE" aren't immediately copy-pasting from "Kingsman: The Secret Service".

Like I said, it's a matter of taste.

Latest news is that Sony's distribution rights will expire with SPECTRE. Could this mean Daniel is done as Bond after this film? I certainly hope not.

I don't think that will be the case, as he has still one more movie to go after SPECTRE. Who knows? Sony probably will renew their contract with MGM, but Warner Brothers are also eyeing to buy the company for themselves.

I'm just glad Craig-Bond gets to shag 3 exceptionally beautiful women in this movie.

Tanner is not his best friend. You are.

    This is interesting. Very interesting.

They could either do Pinewood studio work with her for the Pre-Title-Sequence, or she will be the girl in Bond's appartment.

That would make sense because the interior of the hotel room in Mexico (pre-title sequence) will be, or has been by now, a set at Pinewood.

@Red_Snow Yes, they are filming today again at Trafalgar Square and Admiralty Arch, because they couldn't on Monday because of the bad weather.

Would be good if someone could be on hand to take photos, must be starting to set up around now. Have they filmed at Horseferry Rd yet?

Not much to report from me stopping by at the filming again tonight. Scenes were all within the block on the very top of Drummond's building by Trafalgar Square. Filming was all inside but overlooked the road/square outside. The streets around were all hosed again with water to look like rain and the same Land Rover Discovery was parked outside with apparently the cast exiting the car filmed on the weekend. I saw the back of Lea (never a bad view) getting out a car to head into the building and a few others saw Ralph Fiennes arrive too.

The next few nights will be an outside street nearby before Thames filming again this weekend. Whether its true or not, I was told the previous Thames footage from a few weeks ago was not good enough with problems with the boat so they are filming most of it again.

When are they leaving London for Morocco, again?
  • Just going on the amazing photos that the members here post. I think SPECTRE is looking like it could be a really good James Bond film. I've not read the script, I don't want to read it. I prefer to go in with at least a few shocks and surprises along the way.
Visually this looks really good though. I hope it delivers come November.

So, why they reported Monday filming beacause weather if is for finally filming in interior ?
Probably because lots of debris was flying around on Monday and a lot of the crew/security/equipment was outside too. Plus I could see cast /crew waiting on an outside fire escape staircase on the very top of the building where the set is so I guess it was better to have the calm conditions of yesterday.

Is this filming on the Thames or at Horseferry Road....or both?

I am so glad Ralph Fiennes is the new M. There is something that screams Miles Messervy about him.

Not sure it was planned but filming with helicopters will also take place on Sunday June 14th:

What the hell is the villain's plot abot. Three years ago around this time into the production of SF I more or less knew what Silva's villain's plan was. But now? I really don't have a clue :-P.
