    Well, its a new poster.

Story Credits and Screenplay credits are quite interesting.

Also, DC is now a Co-producer....

    That is interesting.

    beautiful picture I love it...

And like I said I honestly believe Neal Purvis Robert Wade and Jez Butterwortth will be writing the screenplay for bond 25.

    Bland, uninteresting, forgettable. Disappointed.

It's official: EON has lost creativity

Now i only hope this is the first character poster and not the final one.
  • Hey @jake24 it does have some more detail. I'm really not sure how I feel about it at the moment.

It looks like it was made in 25 minutes by a camera from 1991.
Are those even Dan's real legs.
  • What interests me most is Daniel Craig's Co-Producer credits. That's really unprecedented! Sir Sean Connery always hoped that he would be Co-Producer one day. And now Daniel Craig is the first ever Bond actor being so openly and heavily credited as Co-Producer. Reading this makes me also think that Craig is not leaving anytime soon.....and least not when it concerns his behind-the-scenes work. What a joyous present this is from Barbara and Michael! Sure they really want him to stay now!! He must get a lot, A LOT of extra earnings for this 2nd job position at EON.
  • Minimalist, but elegant. I like it, but it is far to be in my top.

I wish they were more creative when it comes to posters. It's definitely possible to create a rad poster without spoiling things, as proven by Casino Royale. I still like this one, but it would work better as a mere teaser poster, instead of the final movie one.

Craig as Co-Producer, yeah his butt will be back for Bond 25.

Well, since this is the main/theatrical/final poster (evidenced by the billing block & the timing of the release), the next posters we should get are just the character posters (if they bothered to do them) and the IMAX collectible poster. Maybe if they let someone like the guys at Mondo do the IMAX poster instead, as other films have done...

Eight pages of anticipation, awaiting "big news", just for this?

Underwhelmed. Awful artwork. They just photoshopped a screenshot from the movie into the background? Like those trying to do fan-posters for the 1st time? And what's up with the lightning? All too bright.

There are fan posters out there, however, that are much, much better! Miss the poster style from the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's.

So that was it fellas, the new Poster. I'm sorry I wasn't able to tell anyone about it earlier. Hope you understands me :)

I really, really loved Craig's pose as Bond with the white tuxedo. BUT, honestly talking I believe myself and some other colleagues here could have done a way better job if we had the official tools (photos, etc). The green background is lovely, but the Skull mask is used in a very odd position in my opinion. But don't get me wrong, I loved the Poster. Let's hope it's not the final.

That sure seems logical because the poster picture is almost irrelevant, the big story is in the credits. Craig as co-producer means they must be giving him points. That's huge. It tells lots about his relationship with EON.

What self respecting professional would go to work, create that poster, and think, 'People are going to love this!"?

To me, what's impressive is the following:

    1. Craig (Bond) is front and centre
    2. The white tux look is unique
    3. It stands out - the colours are decent.

Apart from the above, it is terribly underwhelming.

Regarding Craig's co-producing credits, good for him. However, for those thinking this automatically implies he's back for B25 in front of the camera, I don't think it does. He could easily retain co-producing duties on Bond while leaving the role as actor, by choice.

Precisely. I don't really care about Dan's credit, it's just official recognition of something we've known for some time. I expect better than this.

and possibly Bond 26 and 27. Like I said Action heroes Are becoming older thanks to Expendables Taken and other Films like that. people are interested in world weary heroes something Craig could conceivably do till he is 56-58 without too much issues.

Like I said I am surprised and impressed this also might mean Craig as co producer will want to work with directors he liked working with... like Steven Spielberg... Yes this all coming together now ;)

Precisely. Craig's credit is the real news.

I like the poster but it looks a touch fan-made.

Having said that, though, the fans in this community have made some really fantastic posters, better than this one.

I love it, I might even buy it.
  • I'm very torn. It's kinda-sorta cool looking, but also looks like fan art. And I've seen Spectre fan art that's much better than this. Heck, I'm not particularly computer savvy, but I feel like even *I* could have done this.

On the plus side, DC is listed as a co-producer! Woo-hoooo! First time ever for a Bond actor, correct? Maybe this is a good sign that he's really not going anywhere! (One can dream.)

The classic pose is great. Finally James Bond is back. On second look, however, I see the faults.

Seriously, making this movie costs so much money and then they come up with this as the final poster???

The background image does look like a still from the teaser. It is inappropriately placed. Who gets paid to do this? Or was it an intern? All artists here, hobby-wise or professionals, should write letters to MGW and BB (and DC apparently) that they need to pay attention to things like this. Who has the last decision on releasing this? Did they pull a different one yesterday, just to replace it with this one at the last minute?

So frrrrustrating! Who can make this better?

Disappointing final poster, to say the least I-)

EDIT: something weird happened to my post, I lost 3/4 of it... Disappointing poster BUT interesting credits section to say the least. I have predicted for a long time that Craig would become a producer but I thought that would happen once he stepped down from the role, I would never thought he would be a producer while still Bond. He certainly deserves it, no doubt =D>
