I'm watching it on IMAX simply because of the atmosphere and scale. You can um and ah about the resolution, but in all honesty I would always say choose the cinema in which you know you're going to have a great time. That's what counts in the end.

I will probably see Spectre at least twice. I imagine one of those viewings will be in IMAX.

I'll see it five times like the previous ones :).

If all goes well I'll see it three times opening weekend alone, from Thursday to Saturday.

I saw Skyfall 7 times in cinemas.
I too have the weekend fully booked so I'm on track to break that with ease! :)

Expect something around the 15th. It may be the trailer as well, but just expect something. I'll have more details on a date later.

15th - sounds like a vlog. Two more left to be released - stunts and the Sam Smith/music one next month.

Finally! A bit of colour! You listened EON! This film finally has a visual identity.

Awesome. Love the style to them. I especially like the banner with the 007 logo behind the characters. There's dear old James looking at you leaning back confidentially with Madeleine. Plus you have another Bond with the mask there.

Great. This news had me by surprise. Your making my day again EON : )

  • Those look great! Much better than the first "final" poster (although I didn't mind that one).

So...like Skyfall, there are two main release/theatrical posters after all. Like there were two versions of the March teaser poster too (the colour and the black and white one).

Since it's not specified if they're domestic, or international and whatnot, wonder how Sony will split them up. For the teaser poster, in the US they used the black/white one for the poster displays and the full colour one for the big banners.

TL;DR - this is one hell of a disorganised poster campaign :P

Liking these new posters. Not only got the Nov 2nd booked but also November 7th, my Dad & Mum are coming up for my Dad's Birthday and it's his Birthday treat.

Seen almost everyone with him since SWLM on the big screen.

I'll probably see Spectre at most 2 times. And if I want to see it more after that I'll find a stream online. Going to the movies is not cheep

Now those posters are what I'm talking about. Thankfully, they finally injected some color and life into their promotional work! Makes me happy.

If SP turns out great as it's looking then I'll commit to seeing it 7 times at least.
  • Wow I thought I was mad for wanting to see it 3 times

And I always thought I was mad for seeing it five times! I think someone on here once said they saw one of the Craig films a whopping 15-25 times while it was in theaters. That's madness.

Well, it's all dependent on the quality and the degree of enjoyment of the film. If it's at least as good as CR; then I'm happy to part with my cash.

Luxury Lineage: A Brief History of James Bond's Cars

This story appears in the September 28, 2015 issue of Forbes.

James Bond returns to action twice this fall: This month he reunites with Pussy Galore in Anthony Horowitz’s Trigger Mortis, a new novel commissioned by the Ian Fleming estate, and in November Daniel Craig completes his fourth tour of duty on Her Majesty’s secret service in SPECTRE. One thing never changes: After more than 60 years on the road, 007 still drives too fast.
