Are they bringing out another trailer?

Yes, the final trailer. Already showing in IMAX with The Walk from yesterday, should be online later today hopefully.

Wow, later today! And here was I thinking that we might not even get another trailer. Cheers.

Should've paid attention ;) we knew since the start of September there was one more trailer in the pipeline, and it was confirmed to show in cinemas this week a couple days ago. It's short (only 1:15) but very epic.
  • Oh my god, I am IN LOVE with the shot of Sam Smith in that clip above. What an utterly gorgeous man, and such impressive weight loss in such a short space of 8 or 9 months. So is my understanding as follows?

    1) Is this a shot from Spectre? Because in the trailer (I've watched it only a million times), we see James at a funeral. And are we now to believe that Sam Smith is in the funeral scene?

I love the man, but I don't know if he can act, and the clip is a bit too drawn out and long for the movie I think. The man can sing, but as for the acting I'm not so sure.

This may not be the relevant place, but DC recently did a interview and said that we would be playing Bond for as long as he is physically able. Looks like all that talk of him leaving was blown way out of proportion.

does this mean that Bond 25 may not be the end of DC as Bond after all?

Bond 24 still isn't in cinema's yet. However, I did post this in the IMDB-forum. And it strikes me how many people are 'missing' this. As if people prefer the gossip banter about Idris Elba...:

Daniel Craig re-confirms today in British newspaper "The Daily Mail":
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/event/article-3247750/Bond-Spectre-Daniel-Craig-s-like-alter-ego.html:

"It’s getting easier because I’m doing less stunt work. So I’ll keep going as long as I’m physically able. And, I’m contracted for one more. Ok? These movies don’t get made very often. It’s just the fourth time for me, a spit in the ocean. If you don’t get excited about making a movie of this size with this cast, with Sam Mendes…then go home!"

Luckily, the news has been picked up by one other media website:

OK, this is a bit of a shock.

Is Daniel Craig going to step down from these movies after Spectre? I LOVED him in Skyfall and wanted to see more with him in it, are there any.

    NOT good news :(

Please don't mistake me, I'm not trying to stir anything. I just thought as all the 'Craig is over', pointing this out would give people hope again, clearly that's why DC said it.

I know buddy hehe. I just wanted to point it out once again...in general. As there's also another topic in this forum that goes into detail about "Craig wants to quit!". I usually avoid that forum....as I find the initial reasoning behind this topic flawed....thus also uninteresting for a proper discussion.

Craig is Bond now. Basta! And *** all those Idris Elba's, SonyLeak-hackers and Craig-bashers! There, I said it :-)
You said it, and I edited it out. NicNac

Lots of clever Bond movie title references in there! I like the spot.
Edit: Well, actually it's just two (Never Say Never Again and You Only Live Twice) :D But I still like it!

With all these product deals, the movie probably pays for itself before it even arrives in theatres. Any box office the film makes can be considered as profits. Only Bond can sell like this, there's no razor brands in hogwartz! >:)

You have to ignore them, and just remember those of us who do actually
Want to discuss, praise, scold all things Bond. ;)

I know it's really annoying but I'm sure the mods are keeping an eye on it.
It is frustrating, ( I know from experience ) but it will pass, and we can tell
jokes about the latest troll, to bite the dust. :)

And this picture really shows for me, that finally Aston Martin has gone for a more radical, slimmer and sleeker design. In all honesty? I adore it! Beautiful!!:

http://www.nottinghampost.com/humble-beginnings-creating-prop-Bond-film/story-27888049-detail/story.html This article ties in with that spoiler and what the article discusses right at the very end.

Again, don't read if you don't want to be spoiled about details of the Rome scenes

Finally, after nearly 40 yrs, we have a Bond car to rival 1977's Lotus Espirit in terms of low slung sleekness and styling.

All the Astons since 1977 were either old fashioned (TLD/GE/CR/SF) or bulky (DAD/CR/QoS etc.).
