and besides, the idea of two Bonds in one calendar year seems a lame idea, I don't think it could ever work, a gap of two years minimum is enough
As for Bond, there's no need to do this at all. Just pump the films out every two years and get a rhythm going.
We're in a different era as far as adaptations of novels go. Now the rule of thumb is to change very little so as not to upset the fans, even when the source material could be improved (Twilight).
As for Bond... couldn't they hire 2 distinct teams for 2 movies that aren't in any connected to each other story-wise, and release them in 2014 and 2015, like in the good old days ? I don't see any other way to have the return of 1 film released every year.
That Gave me an idea.... B24 is Craig's could be last film. So if he does leave why not shoot B24 with Craig and B25 with someone else.
