Madame Tussauds is showing all 6 Bond actors for the next 6 weeks!!
After that they will make a world tour in various places, isn't that fabulous!

And look how pretty they all look!
They cheated on Craig's height though which I find hilarious...

You really don't like Craig do you? It's ok ..I'm not the biggest fan of Dalton's theatrical stiffness.

    To each his own :).

I genuinely believe that EON could not find a living person better than Ben Whishaw to play Q. So happy with his casting. Hopefully they won't give him the Cleese treatment.

    WOW! this is eye opening!

"Sources insist that the final net budget (for SPECTRE) now stands in the neighborhood of $250 million. But even if that's true, and if the film turns into the expected blockbuster, Sony isn't going to see an enormous windfall. In an email last October, Andrew Gumpert, who heads Sony's business affairs, predicted that if Spectre grosses $1.1 billion worldwide, and assuming a budget between $250 million and $275 million, Sony would realize about $35 million."

Nick Duncalf from '60 Second Reviews' is talking about the SPECTRE press screening and how the preview time line syncs up with SkyFall on 'Geoff Lloyd with Annabel Port' right now.

Positive reviews: (contains minor spoilers but nothing I hadn't pieced together by watching the trailers, TV spots and reading the synopsis)

    http://www.theguardian.com/film/2015/oct/21/spectre-review-james-bond-is-back-stylish-camp-and-sexily-pro-snowden

    http://variety.com/2015/film/reviews/spectre-review-1201622685/

It does seem like there will be too much action and humour from Craig in this installment. I was always worried about the latter when Craig insisted that Mendes made him funnier for reasons I am unsure of. However... "but Craig's lack of humor or warmth remains problematic..." (see below)

    http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/review/spectre-film-review-833833

"The first act is great, full of dark portent and bravura film-making flourishes. However, the final hour disappoints, with too many off-the-peg plot twists and too many characters conforming to type. While its commercial prospects seem bulletproof, Spectre ultimately feels like a lesser film than Skyfall, falling back on cliche and convention."

I'm not against twists but too many can get tiring. It's all subjective though obviously. This reviewer may expect there to be constant humour throughout, for example. "Falling back on cliche and convention" - this is something I always expected in terms of the Bond franchise, but as long as it isn't too conventional though.

Will check out more reviews later. I suppose a review thread has been created.

Personally, I think London is a good place for a holiday - catching up with friends, partying (no one does it like Londoners! :) ), and enjoying the events (depending on when you're there) and the aesthetics of London and beautiful parks like Hampstead Heath of which I used to frequent, to chill, but to live? No, not for me.

Well I'm returning in March with my kids. They're younger ...oldest 12 by then ..but they enjoy as well.

Hmm. Didn't really like Skyfall. Not sure why everyone praises it like its a top 5 Bond film.. Casino Royale was much better in my opinion. I even prefer Quantum over skyfall.. Just feel like CR and QOS had more going on.

Judging by the trailers and clips I don't see how SP could possibly be a lesser film than SF?? There's more action sequences, we have the badass car, Waltz, Hinx, three hot Bond girls, a classic Bond vibe, seems like there might be gadgets, and Bond goes to some crazy locations with badass sets.

How the hell is this a lesser film than SF??? I blame Sam Smith! LOL

I like the idea of this long tracking shot in the opening sequence.

If it's a "lesser film than Skyfall", then I know it is going to be a spectacular film. If I see a film critic slam a movie down, complaining about "cliche and convention", then I know it's going to be helluva of a film and less of a misery to drive myself through.
