    Archimedes coined the term "Eureka", which is what Bond exclaims when he sees the ATAC. McGregor, now dead, is still handcuffed to it.

    Death In The Afternoon. We know it's the afternoon when McGregor exchanges pleasantries (Good Afternoon) with the Captain.

    4) Now I know how Bond felt in Goldfinger.
    Bond was handcuffed to the bomb in GF. McGregor was handcuffed to the ATAC.

    Thanks @pachazo. I had a feeling it was from FYEO ("Eureka") and it was clue 4 that nailed it for me.

    I will pass my go to whoever wants it as I won't be around much in the next few days.
