Thank you, I have one from every movie except for CR and QoS, but they weren't given the same cover style as The Ultimate Editions but....I may do some photoshop edits to change that. ;)

I gotta say that I like the London part and the Iceland part in DAD the most. Cuba was also good, but the London part has the great sword fight, the really astonishing Q-scene and the meeting with M. The Iceland part has several really good points too.

Craig should do a movie like this one, with a Q-modified car.

Hopefully we'll get to with Skyfall.
  • I hope Skyfall won't be as gritty as CR and QOS.

Haha, it's all right, no harm done! I'm glad you liked MI4, I can't wait for the DVD release!

Oh my days, is this still rumbling on

People are right, half of this isn't even about Die Another Day or anything resembling James Bond come to that. Or was that another thread, never can tell

I'm having a nice pack of reduced fat potato chips right now Incidentally..

The worst thing is, why the need for twelve pages of this even,

The author started out - 'Die Another Day - is actually pretty good'

A simple "No, It's an unmitigated mess and an abomination on the franchise" would have been perfectly sufficient really

After reading several posts from Dalton Craig 007 I've come to the conclusion he's a complete fool, Have you even read casino royale? Casino Royal 2006 was the only bond movie to follow a fleming novel as closely than any other movie in bond history. How can you even say its the most unbondian movie out of all the bonds? Did you're mother or father drop you on you're head when you were a baby? Roger Moore flat out sucked as 007, and I'll be damned if I sit here and watch Dalton Craig 007 put down casino totaled. ITS THE HIGHEST GROSSING BOND FILM BUDDY, it made more money than any other 007 movie, so spoon much more money than any of Roger Moore's comedy acts you prefer to call a bond movie. Get real kid

Still TB had almost twice the attendance, when there were 3,5 billion people on earth. And it was released in around 20 countries. Since inflation is always happening, the new movies very often gross more. Territory for territory, some of Moore´s movies did better than CR. And LALD had more cinema goers than CR, despite the fact that it was released in 1973, when only 4 billion people graced earth, and in only 12 countries (if I remember it right)

And I happen to share his opinion that CR is the single most unbondian movie out of the official ones. Roger Moore is great, he is much cooler and much more Bond than Craig, who despite good performances by him, is portraying some kind of emotional guy who clearly can´t handle his job and perhaps should get fired. That´s not the Bond I wanna see.

Dalton Craig's definition of bondian is -" constant unrealistic action scenes with a old man playing the role of Bond doing over the top stunts with horribly written scripts".

My definition of bondian - "realistic action, serious plots, realistic gritty violence, a fit physically built 30's/40's year old man playing Bond as a serious, get out of my way Guy that is fearsome such as Daniel Craig.

I'm sorry Dalton Craig but were not living in the 70s anymore, get used to Daniel Craig or ginina watch get smart.

Hey. You know you can express your dislike of DaltonCraig007:s opinions without calling him a fool and ask if his mum or dad dropped him in the floor when he was a baby. What are you thinking?? Behave!! If you're so angry and hateful get out of here. You shouldn't be a member of this forum if you can't tolerate others opinions without attacks and name-calling.

were James bond fans, not Barbie and Ken fans, I'm pretty sure Dalton Craig is a big boy who can get over it. I meant no real harm, and if I did inflict any I'm sorry.

I see Dressed_to_kill can't accept someone disagreeing with him without resorting to name calling. Sorry but I find Craig and CR'06 to be very un-Bondian and very un-Fleming. Oh, and LALD made more money than CR, so get your facts straight. For me Moore is much more Flemingesque in TMWTGG than Craig could ever dream to be. Even Brosnan in DAD is closer to Fleming's Bond than Craig.

And please don't say Roger Moore flat out sucks... He is a much better human being than you, so please respect the man before he passes away. You won't see another perfect person like Roger Moore before you die, so please enjoy the time you'll share on earth with the ultimate gent' that is Sir Rog.

Harsh. Not everyone who disagrees with you is a fool. Was there any point in that insult?
Have you even read casino royale? Casino Royal 2006 was the only bond movie to follow a fleming novel as closely than any other movie in bond history. How can you even say its the most unbondian movie out of all the bonds?

But is it??? There are others that are closer imo. I read the CR book after the film and I thought it was very different.
Did you're mother or father drop you on you're head when you were a baby?

Again, just because somebody doesn't agree with you, no need to have a go at them like that.
Roger Moore flat out sucked as 007, and I'll be damned if I sit here and watch Dalton Craig 007 put down casino totaled. 1- Roger wasn't a bad bond. He wasn't the best imo, but he was great, and the fact that he stayed on for 7 films and talks about bond means that he loves the franchise. Also, if roger didn't do his comedy style bond films, the franchise might not have lived long enough to get craig who you love so much.

2- Casino royale hasn't made more money than any other. I think TB has made most overall and I think I heard that QOS beat CR at the box office.

Well after reading one post from dressed to kill I've come to the conclusion that he's a die hard craig fan who can't accept that not everyone agree's with him.

Yes, adjusted to inflation, CR is not the highest grossing Bond film.

Isn't it TB or LALD when adjusted for inflation?
I´m almost sure that it´s TB and then GF.
166 million people went to see TB, while LALD also had a great number with 90 million viewers. And I recall that TB also had the highest gross.

It's my favorite. CR got money spanning from regular Bond fans who always go, common popcorn movie lovers, and of course all the people who wanted to see if Dan would sink or swim.

It's the Internet fella, not everybody is a Craig Fan, AND most importantly, not everyone has to share YOUR opinion. Now I like Craig and his Bond but if every 007 flick was like that, the franchise wouldn't have lasted very long. I think I'm probably the only person on this Forum who enjoys and likes EVERY James Bond film and Respects what each actor has done with the role. The Style changes with the times. Sorry you don't like DC007's opinions of Roger being the best but that's how HE feels and he doesn't want someone to bash him for that Opinion. I think Brosnan is the Best bond and most Bondian and NOBODY is going to change my opinion on that.

I'm pretty sure FRWL is regarded as closest. Any input from those who've read it? And by the way pal, just because a film makes big bank doesn't mean it's a good film. Any movie fanatic worth his damn salt knows that. And I urge you to stop using terms such as "fool", and referring to members as "kid". I find that ironic, considering you yourself have a lot of growing up to do. It is fine to jest with members who disagree with you, but don't escalate it to the point that you claim they were dropped on their heads. Be civil, or get out.

Roger Moore was/is and always will be awesome. Whether he's James Bond or not ;) I couldn't give a damn if he doesn't have much connection with Flemings Bond. He's entertaining in his own right. Sue me!!

I haven't even seen the 3rd one yet released about 2007 and we've had it at home for about three years now. I wouldn't want to watch the 4th I just know it, probably why I wouldn't like the third either, although the first two are the best, but I kind of lost interest with MI at some stage
