    MR
    GE

    No contest.

MR and GE are in my Top 10, whereas OP is down at the bottom. Well, one of them anyway. I love NSNA, but it doesn’t rank anywhere in my Bond films simply because it’s not an Eon production.

MR vs OP - I'm a fan of Moore in full on 'Rog' mode, as he is in both these films. The sheer scale and ambition of MR is incredible to behold, even 40 years later and in many ways it marked the end of an era. OP is much more down to earth and restrained, but just as entertaining. I'm going with the 1983 film in this instance because, despite the goofy bits, it builds beautifully to that ticking bomb sequence and is better paced. It's Bond by way of Indy.

NSNA vs. GE - as mentioned in the previous round, I'm no hater of McClory's entry, but in this case it has the misfortune of coming up against Brosnan's (and one of the official canon's) best outings in GE. Almost 25 years later, Brosnan's debut is still a class act through and through. Xenia may be a trashy Fatima wannabee, but it's great fun and also the last time formula was delivered well in my view.

OP > MR - hard decision, but I'll go with the more intriguing plot and cold war vibe.
GE > NSNA - easy one - great to see some love for NSNA though.

    Oh, I missed this somehow...

OP is the better overall package, but MR has some great elements that made me think a little before I came to this conclusion.

GE is clearly superior to NSNA.
