It would be great if BOND 25 concludes in Jamaica and also at the Goldeneye house. Tremendous tribute to Ian Fleming.

This will bring tears to my eyes in the cinema.

    Same, my friend.

The pre title sequences of DAF, LALD and TWINE were all set in more than one place, so why not?
    Good point.

Since the PTS will include a frozen lake, and assuming something important for the story happens there, could the title be The Wizard of Ice?

Perhaps, if another thing in the movie also has something to do with ice.

    Icebreaker perhaps?

Wow so how is the frozen lake sequence in Norway going to be incorporated into the PTS in Italy? I'm curious about that.

Probably two separated sequences, like someone mentioned above, like TWINE.

Wait a sec fellas, but how is Jamaica confirmed? I know Baz Bamigboye is 99% times right, but to me the word "confirmed" sounds like there were documents leaked or that a member of the crew said it or (the final word) 007.com said it.
That said, I'm more than happy of the prospect of a Jamaican shoot! :D

The lake sequence will probably not feature Bond and he's going to Norway later on.

Oh yes! Since Matera will feature just in the PTS there’s a chance it won’t double for some other places.

I would say definitely 2 separated sequences. Come on, Matera in July (40 °C ancient rocky town) and Norway in March (snowy woods by a frozen lake).

That henchman rumor on IMDb hasn't been talked about in the press I'm surprised since all the casting news you think a tabloid would have picked up on it @jake24

There's a henchman rumor now? I don't come here often enough. How substantiated is it @007Blofeld?

    Not very @Ludovico

How disappointing. I'd like a good henchman.

@Ludovico we will find out eventually

Curious. EON keeping Bad Robot-like tightness around production if they've got the wires of major trades and journos crossed. Understandable given what happened with SP.
This idea that EON are more secretive since the Sony leaks is not something I can subscribe to. They were exactly as secretive during the making of QOS or SF as they are now.

If the movie had been called BTI, you’d be preferring DAD. ;)

I find it really funny that because of all the delays they will have to use fake snow in the Norwegian sequence. The lake should start thawing soon too. Barbara must be sweating bullets. I don’t envy her right now.

@PanchitoPistoles You have an answer! Italy is definitely confirmed.

Maybe Baz got it wrong about the PTS being in Norway. Or maybe the movie will open with a short flashback in Norway (with the same location reprised during the movie, given modern cars spotted on set) just before kicking with the classic PTS action in Matera.
I think this is most likely the case.

    Or...
perhaps the opening is a very brief scene by the lake with the child (no more than 3 minutes) and then we have the MTS before cutting to Italy for the first big proper action sequence of the film.

A little like CR. Where you have that brief scene with Bond getting his first two kills lasting 2-3 minutes, but the real opening is the Mollaka chase.

I don’t buy it either. Eon aren’t really that secretive. They just make decision very very late.

The reason the casts for CR and QOS didn’t leak to the trades was due to them only casting with days to go or after shooting had commenced.

SF was different as Mendes really knew who he wanted. Some names like Bardem and Fiennes leaked close to a year before production starting. SP was a little more secretive. Most of the big decisions were made in summer ‘14 but we heard about them a few weeks before filming.

We are pretty healthy position with Bond 25 today, especially considering that a month ago we knew nothing and there were rumours Fukunaga may drop out.

Now we know that Italy, Norway and Jamaica are confirmed with Greece rumoured. We know that Rami Malek and Billy Magnussen have been cast and Lupita Nyong’o turned down a role.

We just need word on the Bond girls and we’re set.

Great news about Jamaica, credit to @peter, never in doubt mate

I'm starting to get excited about this film, this secrecy is intriguing. Can't wait for the press conference now

There's still a chance that this time Italy will double for another country. I would be pissed but it's a possibility...

I'm realizing now (excitedly) this is the point where I need to stop reading every new article. We're getting too close to things I don't want to know.

I personally choose to avoid trailers and leaked scripts. Filming locations are fine.

I've been following Bond online since 2008 and I never cease to want to express ship a katana from Japan to my home so I can personally commit seppuku everytime Risico, The Hildebrand Rarity, or The Property of a Lady are mentioned.

Just cheap filler titles that occupy the mind of a desperate Bond fan's imagination in the same way people imagined ghosts pre-20th century due to sheer boredom.
