Don't get me wrong, it had that powerful feel of aston and that, but I agree with you on the chase sequence. That camera work was horrible. There was no need to continue that constant cut of scenes and shakiness on the foot chase. Thats been a complaint by many people so look how skyfall fixed it and it was spot on. Even spectre. My favourite two from Daniel are casino royale and spectre, then skyfall . Loved Spectre as a guilty pleasure due to gun barrel returning, the opening sequence, and the sound track. I loved that opening day of the dead sequence and sound was spot on. Thats going to take some beating for me.

Same here, both CR and SPECTRE are fantastic Bond films to me, and the latter is miles better than QOS and Skyfall to me. At least, it feels much more Bondian.

    Quick update of leaked info

    Spoiler
So what we know so far...

Rami Malek 95% chance he’s the villain or in the film.

    Madeline probably dies.

CIA is involved in this movie, they have a male and a female agent.

There was a casting call for “two Bond girls”, plus we have Madeline so that’s three Bond girls?

I would say there’s also a really good chance that the male CIA agent is working with the villain he’s a mole.

Italy will be the Pre-Title sequence.

Norway is the scene after the Pre-titles, they are planning on blowing up a building that’s a cottage. (Madeline and Bond get ambushed, Madeline dies, Bond escapes).

    Alleged title is “Eclipse”

    [\spoiler]

Absolutely! QoS was more aggressive yes, but a bond film should have memorable car chases and Spctre was far more creative than the QoS chase. It had gadgets it felt more bondian. So if it's more bondian then to me it's a better car chase. QoS felt far more generic

I have a theory based in no actual information. I think the press conference has been delayed as they attempt to work out scheduling for Lupita Nyong'o. I know her representatives said no a while ago however we have seen EON circumvent similar challenges in the past.

Am I the only one who enjoys Craig’s films in this order?

    1) CR
    2) QOS
    3) SP
    4) SF

Skyfalls editing was absolutely amazing, perfect flow but it just felt off. Not sure what it is but it doesn’t feel like a Bond film. Fantastic movie but I enjoyed Spectre more.

Yeah spectre has some issues but it really did feel like a Bond film for me.

Especially Bonds escape from the lair!

    My ranking:

    1) CR
    2) SP
    3) QOS
    4) SF

I think that was the point of the post for those who wanted a single update. Also do we have confirmation the female agent is CIA. I would much prefer that to Mi6 for some reason.

Production Weekly are now listing Eclipse as the 'working title' for Bond 25
    https://www.productionweekly.com/production-weekly-issue-1136-thursday-march-21-2019-155-listings-34-pages/

I suspect that it isn't the title of the film and will be only be used to point the crew where to park, etc.

If you live in a city like London, you often see yellow tags and signs across the city with obscure codes which are often indications that a film/tv show is being made nearby.

I work around Temple and they're always around the barrister chambers nearby, which are very photogenic.

This might change for the 3 above but I hope we get nothing below the bottom one in my lifetime.

    Totally agree.

There's an error there, I think. One female character is MI6, and one is similar to Camille.

Interesting. So there's still a chance for a more creative and Bondian title! At least.

    1. Casino Royale/SPECTRE (can't really decide, CR has the best story but SP is more "Bondian" as a film).

    2. QOS/Skyfall (can't decide either. QOS' story is more solid compared to the SF soap opera, but again, in SF we went back to the classic Bond a little bit, so...)

So Eclipse is nothing more than the working title and mi6-hq is just as clueless as we are. ( I’m referring to their tweet with the photo of an eclipse)

Wasn't the CIA character role male? Billy Magnussen was cast in the role.

Of course that is possible - and I did think of that, but in all this news and rumours, was there ever mention of a female role being CIA?

It said male and female during the casting call. Both agents. Then a henchwoman.

That was the villain. If I recall. Unless I'm missing something that happened the past few weeks?

    Male villain. Female henchwoman.

Two agents male and female. (CIA).

I’ll try and find the article but that’s just what I saw online.
