By the way, I was the one who asked Dennis Calero via twitter ;)
And @00Agent, thanks for that! :D
very nice @ggl007 keep digging :D
By the way, Kill Chain #1 comes out 19. July and #2 comes out 16. August
@00Agent, I found that image just searching Calero's art. I did find an interesting quote from the writer of the Dynamite Fleming adaptations, Van Jensen, though, who said, when asked what was coming up for him after Casino's completion (script-wise):
"My eye is very acutely trained on the second novel, Live and Let Die, at the moment. That adaptation is next, and the plan is to continue on with the series. I’m not certain how many of them I’ll do, but I’m beyond thrilled to be able to work in the world of 007."
https://www.bleedingcool.com/2016/07/14/talking-to-van-jensen-the-new-james-bond-writer-about-casino-royale-and-live-and-let-die/
That statement by Jensen was made almost a year ago in July, so by that point not only was Casino written and storyboarded, with art ready to be made, he was already heading on to work on Live & Let Die with the intention of doing the books in order. If Calero does in fact have the Casino job, I wouldn't be surprised if they stuck with him for Live & Let Die and beyond, which would be fitting considering the art work above.
I wonder at what rate they want to release those Fleming adaptions.
Once a year seems too far apart, also Dynamite has the publishing rights only for 10 years if i remember correctly... 2 a year sounds more realistic.
This, together with the Folio releases will bleed me dry :D

MARKETING DESCRIPTION: Ian Fleming's literary debut of British Secret Service agent 007 is stylishly adapted to the sequential art medium by Van Jensen and Matt Southworth in the official James Bond: Casino Royale graphic novel. Sent to a French casino in Royale-les-Eaux, Bond aims to eliminate the threat of the deadly Le Chiffre by bankrupting the ruthless SMERSH operative at the baccarat table. However, when the luck of the draw favors his enemy, 007 becomes the target of assassins and torturers in a high-stakes game of cat-and-mouse."
By the way, Calero's LALD painting was in his instagram on October'16 and he wrote: "Never far from my thoughts". A real Bond fan? :)
Dynamite don't go paperback releases for Bond, though. That's why I've had this little rant more than once in the past.
but i won't spoil anything for the guys who haven't read it yet, as this is a big one.
so for now i'll just say i'm looking forward to the almost certain season 2 of Felix Leiter :)
For now. But we've got, what, four completed series already ? And only two of them in collected form ? Give them time. After all, even the new Bond books have to go through bigger (and more expensive) format before going to pocket sized (and much affordable) ones. Witness Trigger Mortis, for example. So, a trade paperback will come.
I can only hope so, because otherwise I won't be buying any of these.
Dennis Calero himself:
From Dynamite's comic book series "Masks":
From Marvel's comic book series "X Men Noir":
From Titan's comic book series "Assassin's Creed: Templars":
In order to indirectly address it...
"IT'S ALIVE! IT'S ALIVE!"
You have been warned...
heres hoping that Bond will cross paths with them sooner than later (they would Not reintroduce Spectre just for Felix now, would they?)
James Robinson is saying he has a Trilogy for Felix Leiter planned, but by the look of it Dynamite has not given the greenlight on part 2 yet
very true, i was also lookinging of a movie counterpart. Pushkin from TLD would fit too
We never know what is going on behind closed doors.
I still feel like a continuation for next year is very likely.
