  Bond is seen with M - in CR and SP M throws down a newspaper onto the table, but in TND the newspaper is taken out of M's hands.

  Yep, M is angry in CR and SP because Bond's mayhem is a main topic in the news and as a result he/she throws the newspaper onto the table.
  TND is the ooo. I had in mind that Bond brings the newspaper to M but your point sounds good, too.

  Sorry, this doesn't help when I don't know anything about the EON game. The king Charles coin can be linked to the book, obviously, since Charles is also mentioned there.

  I am afraid that I can't offer much to this as I haven't played the game or read the book. Hope that someone can get it, I agree @QBranch there must be other members who have played the game and read the book.
  
  I do think after this we should go back to only using the films for the OOO as when we bring in other media it tends to get more specialized.

  I'm expanding out from the typical 'three films' game because I feel that lacks creativity. I put the low number of responses down to a general drop in interest in the games section overall. Look at the rebus game, look at the capcons, several pages back now. Look at my last round of 'guess the scene' - just one contributor, and I provided enough info that someone could've simply googled 'James Bond Zacca' and they would've figured out I'm describing the San Moniquan hotel. There's a general air of disinterest going around at the moment - not just here, but on other Bond forums too.
  I'll give this round another day or two, then provide the final clue.

  You might be correct about the lack of interest in the game sections. I didn't mean to offend. My thought was that having to have been an aficionado of the books, movies and video games. I am only a reader and a movie fan, I have some experience in games but am no means an expert.
