    TB - Henchman killed, being thrown in (shark) pool
    DAF - Plenty killed in pool
    TSWLM - Stromberg's assistant killed in pool OOO not a conventional pool
    FYEO - Gonzalez killed while jumping into pool

    Or FYEO OOO because hit with the arrow outside the pool?

    I'd say they all end with Bond on a boat (FYEO being OOO because he hops off just before?), but then Dr No, YOLT etc. does too

    There are a lot with an end on a boat/ship. I even wrotea little essay about it once.
    The movie endings are not relevant here.

    Hint: mtm could be the right guy to solve this one! Why? Find out yourself :-/

    Pilots are killed in all movies.
    TB OOO as it’s a bomber rather than a helicopter.
    TSWLM OOO as it’s Bond who kills the pilot rather than a villain.

    All films show Bond in an aircraft, however DAF is OOO as it's a plane and not a helicopter.

    TB OOO - car chase with just Bond in the car.
    All other films feature a car chase with both Bond and the Bond girl in the car.

    Good try. But look for something that the viewers could expect from the movies when they went to the cinema. They saw the promised feature three times but not in the fourth.

    Submarines or underwater vehicles on the cinema posters. DAF OOO because it doesn't get underwater

    EDIT: Or FYEO OOO because the bathing suit on the poster isn't shown in the movie?

    DAF has two women, one blonde and one redhead. But in the movie it’s just one redhead (Tiffany) with a blonde wig.

    Bond wearing a black suit and bow tie; perhaps he doesn't wear that in FYEO, e.g.

    Or DAF OOO because there is Plenty (black hair) instead of the blonde woman?
