    All three feature a fight on a train. FRWL is OOO has the combatant isn't thrown from the train by Bond.

    That wasn't a bad guess, but Bond vs. helicopter pilots occurs in more films. I think (and hope) my criterion only occurs in these three.
    Apparently in more, perhaps, but there's something unique about these 3.

    In principle, @R1s1ngs0n had found at least 2 of the scenes.

    EDIT:
    - it has to do with how Bond is involved and what the effect is
    - a difference to somewhat similar scenes in a few other Bond movies consists in the question
    of 'direct or indirect'
    - pilots aren't important for this round
    - Bond does something distinct in these three movies

    Not really sure with those extra clues, but I'll have a go with Bond uses a handgun to shoot down a helicopter in SP, a rifle in FRWL and surface to air missiles in TSWLM. OOOis TSWLM as they are launched electronically/aiming is done remotely/the weapon is built into the car or some variation thereof!!!

    Blond henchmen Grant and Necros’ signature killing methods involve strangulation. TND OOO as Stamper prefers torture.

    I would say Bond gets strangled in all three. OOO is FRWL as he reverses and strangles the villain.

    TLD CIA uses a boat in Tangier as it's base
    TND Carver has the stealth boat

    Alas you are not right, however a vehicle - whilst not forming part of the answer - is clearly part of two out of three scenes you need!

    A pity that henchmen are to be disregarded; I was thinking about henchmen getting the boot:

    FRWL - Kronsteen
    TLD - Necros
    TND - Stamper (getting his boot fixed to himself)

    So I'll change my guess to Bond taking more time for his girlfriends:

    FRWL - 30 min
    TLD - 60 min OOO
    TND - 30 min

    Or TND OOO because Moneypenny doesn't permit the delay.

    excellent @marc - I was looking for the time Bond is due into the office is changed because of a woman

    FRWL with Sylvia Trench - from one hour to an hour and a half,
    TLD with Linda from one hour to two;
    TND with Inga - from one hour to 30 minutes

    I actually went with TND because it's Moneypenny who decides on the change of time, not Bond but I would have accepted any variation. 👍

    LALD - Bond sends Baron Samedi into a snake filled coffin.
    MR - Bond returns the coffin assassin to his original position.
    LTK - Henchmen gets thrown in eel infested container.

    MR OOO as coffin closes back/no animal involved/villain was already in coffin.
    or
    LTK OOO as villain dies in container rather than coffin.
