It is about dolphin and dauphin. The glasses have "dolphin" in the name. The stealh boat is also called dolphin 2 etc. The OP helicopter is the ooo because it is a dauphin instead of a dolphin.??

@goldenswissroyale You're certainly on the right track, but wrong OOO. By the way, did the glasses have 'dolphin' in the name?

@QBranch It is called a dolphin regulator

That's right, I have the Voit Dolphin regulator. Bond uses one too. Kinda hard to find. The mask is a separate item by the way. The footage of Domino is one of a few reversed shots in that film.

What is the OOO and why?

I didn't realize that dauphin is french for dolphin. Therefore, OP isn't the OOO, obviously. Is the eurocopter from TWINE the ooo? No dolphin involved...

Submarine warfare insignia are called "dolphins"...(wikipedia). Is this the link to the submarine from FYEO?

That first King helicopter in TWINE is another Dauphin.

I couldn't find a source but the interior looked similar to the one from SP. Then remains only the submarine which isn't directly called dolphin/dauphin?

That's right mate, the Neptune submarine has no link (that I know of). There was indeed a clue in the quarter frame game showing the SP helicopter's interior, with similar paneling and air vents to the one in TWINE.

    Reasoning below:

    Domino's Voit Dolphin regulator
Neptune sub: no dolphin reference = OOO
helicopter from OP (Eurocopter Dauphin) - 'Dauphin' is French for 'dolphin'
Bond saves a dolphin in Mad magazine's 'If JB were updated for the politically-correct '90s'
Carver's stealth boat, named the Sea Dolphin II
King helicopter from TWINE snow scene (another Eurocopter Dauphin)

@goldenswissroyale Congrats! Two golden medals for you.

    Thanks @QBranch
That was very tricky but nice to have a completely different direction sometimes.
Is the name Dolphin II mentioned once in TND? I had to google it, it was new for me

'Sea Dolphin II' isn't mentioned in the film, but in the script, and on the failed Sea Shadow's stealth ship wiki:

GF is indeed the ooo because it is Bond who is killing others with electricity while it is Blofeld in the others. Abd Bond does it even twice in GF.

Pola and Necros are enjoyers of music, Simon makes music?

Or, Pola and Simon are connected to AVTAK, while Necros is in TLD. That seems too obvious though.

Simon Le Bon listens to a walkman in the AVTAK music video.
Necros listens to a walkman in TLD.
Pola is OOO because she uses a tape recorder without headphones.

You pretty much have it, but it's gadget-related. Can you expand on it a bit?

LeBon's and Necros' walkmans double as detonators?

Three films both involved Bond being held by two men, but in both LTK and TND when he's being punched and knocked by those men holding him, meanwhile in GE, he's just held hostage, so it's the OOO?

    LTK - 007 flies a plane.
GE - 007 takes off (apparently) and flies a plane.
TND - 007 takes off and flies a plane.

    LTK as the OOO.

In all three films we see an illustration of a character, except in GE there are two characters, and not on buildings:

LTK - president Lopez flyers on building wall
GE - both Natalya and Boris cartoons on computer screens = OOO
TND - Elliot Carver banner on building.

GE Bond is in a grounded helicopter
TND Bond is in a helicopter

Almost. It has to do with Bond flying.
