    I'm frankly surprised Bond waited until he was dead. I think he should dump everyone he meets into a dumpster at some point. And why no pithy one liner? Surely we could have had "what a waste" at the very least?
    True, but you don't always have a dumpster about. So there is a major problem. Allthough at Bregenz there ought to have been a possibility i recon, aiming the personal guard from the roof. And the oneliner too: "Such an end to life is just rubbish" would have worked too IMO.

    Failing a dumpster in the vicinity, Bond could've looked for one of those dog poop bins. Try to pack Mathis into one of those.

    It's not that Mathis ended up in a dumpster that bugs me, it's that he was killed to begin with. There were plenty of non-entity characters in CR, who were in the film for what seemed like no other reason than to pad out the cast list. What was stopping them from creating a character in QOS especially to end up in the bin. I'm now convinced that's symbolic, Bond is symbolic of EON, Mathis is symbolic of the Bond films.
