I seem to recall that one can see this scene on you tube. Actually I think it's a very funny tongue in cheek style line.
That line originally appeared in a Tomorrow Never Dies draft. It ends up being used in TND's novelization. It didn't make the cut for the movie. It got put into TWINE's script again and got filmed (my guess is by Bruce Feirstein, who did the final rewrite). But again, it didn't make the final movie.
