Also, are those BUTTERFLY doors? A Bond first.
Do you think we'll ever learn the full specs? (0-60, top speed, official Aston Martin colour, kerb weight, wheelbase, etc.)
The registration plate reads "DB10 AGB."
This is just a crazy theory I'm putting forward here:
DB10 is obviously the model of the car.
Could "AGB" refer to Andrew Bond? I know that his middle name has never been revealed but "AB" would make sense...
Imagine the dialogue:
Bond, after hearing the word flamethrower:
"and you said an exploding pen was unrealistic."
well therein lies the difference. more so since the DB10 was only made for Bond and will not be sold on the market. which gives plenty of opportunity to get some gadgets in.
@Property personally I don't like the DAD battle, as it makes no sense whatsoever and the gadgetws were clearly meant to catch eachother out. I hope this is just one, or mybe two gadgets on the DB10 that actually make sense.
Q pulled strings and stretched the budget and brought in a car so exclusive that no one outside of the service would be lucky to even see one flying past.
Even the members of the 500 Richest People In The World would be able to drive her.
{Real world answer: They're exclusive to the film}
=)) I want a job with them immediately. I just watched the trailer in HD on my TV and was able to read the gadget buttons. They were: backfire (used on Hinx), atmosphere, and exhaust. I wonder what those do.
Atmosphere plays 'Sexual Healing' in tandem with an interior mood-light sequence when Bond wants to get jiggy with a lady passenger.
Well, Q certainly knows Bond then.

The @AstonMartin DB10 from #Spectre will be on display @SalonPriveUK from 3 Sept at Blenheim Palace.
Would love to attend this but sadly work calls as always! :((
I've seen info about urls etc but it makes no sense to me. It's 2015 ...there must be an easier way!?!
Love to post a particularly interesting and humerous detail image if I knew how to !
Also not that excited by the Jag. If it had to be a super car it should have been Italian - perhaps a Maserati. The trailer looks a little too Fast and Furious for me. I liked the stripped down straightforwardness of the Aston and Alfa Romeos in QOS.
It's in little details like this that I find Mendes' approach slightly annoying. He veers too much into the silly fantasy elements at times. IMO he's learned the wrong lessons from the Moore era, which he and Craig clearly love so much.
Having said that, the rest of the trailer looks pretty fantastic so I am not expecting the choice of cars to ruin it for me.
