Never heard of him.
Certainly these are more realistic accounts of the way he looks these days than that Austin Martin picture. Well fed, I'd say
I don't see this as issues, but rather as new possibilities.
Is it "PC gone mad?" or common sense to see Bond with a woman of the same age? Are younger Bond girls a reflection of Bond's floored character (therefore part of the context of the movie) or a reflection of Hollywood values?
I think its a fair debate. (The article pics some extreme examples but mainstream movies do it all the time. Watched Oblivion last night with Cruise 17 years older than his wife)
He looks a right lah-de-dah with that scarf around his neck.
The same thing goes for the woman. I wouldn't want Bond films contorting to accommodate older women in order to stretch the bounds of credibility. So if a woman is 'mature' but still quite sexy and physically appealing, then go for it. She is entitled to be in a Bond film as a lover. Monica Bellucci qualified in SP (just imho). That's about as far as I'd take it though and there's no need to do that with every film. Once every decade or so (to match a visibly aging lead actor) is enough.
What I don't want to see is some sort of obvious pandering or statement making within the Bond universe. This series is not the place for that imho.
I still contend that the producers royally blew it when they dumped Dench as M. Not only did they lose a character and actress who elevated Craig (and other actors around her), but they lost a large part of their leverage over the increasingly vocal PC crowd. Now they have a black secretary. Whoopee.
Bond and Stacey in AVTAK is a bit cringey.
Really not sure how they're gonna fix him up in 25, he looks quite bad there but looked CR-esque in that Aston photoshoot. Maybe it's a matter of effort.
First we get this photo of Craig (looking very Bond-esque) and now the Bond in Motion event in March. Hopefully these are signs that something is coming soon.
One can hope that Arnold will let slip at the event in March that he is returning to score Bond 25. Not likely though.
After some time in the gym, along with hair and makeup, he’ll be good to go.
I've always thought Guy Boucher, the coach for the NHL's Ottawa Senators has a very Bondian villain look to him. Hell, even Googling him, I got through a few rows of images before a shot of Le Chiffre appeared.
I would love to see David Harbour return as Gregory Beam in B25.
If we're going the sports route: Bond vs FIFA, surely.
