Either could be great as Blofeld.
I'm sure Fiennes would only need 1 or 2 days max to say his lines for B25, provided he's not out running around with the rest of the MI6 gang for the entire film. Which he won't be.
(Optimist, here)
It's likely that he got too tired of waiting on this one and went ahead and booked himself other gigs. It is a job, after all.
This. It's the same person that said Radiohead was doing the SP title song 100%, yet every time I see the movie, the singer sounds oddly like Sam Smith.
Just remember that Ralph Fiennes has something that not many overall 007 actors have: star power. He can have his fair share of input on his role at times. Also, he probably doesn't come cheap. He will probably have his fair share of screen time as well as Q, Tanner and Moneypenny.
Well, their voices are both pretty whiny so I don't see much of a difference lol.
Your daily reminders cause for sleepless nights here at MI6.
(That was a 007 Racing reference. And I'm bored. :D )
You've been saying for years that Madeleine would return in Bond 25.
Seriously, why do you keep posting BS which adds nothing to the discussions?
I actually wouldn't mind at all, but that's highly, highly unlikely.
i thought just recently, that Ben Wishaw confirmed that he is returning?
The usual MI6 crew will be back. They're just remaining more tight-lipped this time around.
I said that before Boyle & Hodge were hired. Lots of things have changed since then.
Did someone mention a cat?
Hee hee. :) (hope no-minds the off-topic video)

I think Craig's era has been strong in terms of quality, but it has missed an essential ingredient. A healthy dose of male fantasy. I don't know about you guys but growing up watching Connery and Moore, Bond felt like a character who's lifestyle we would all love to live.
Craig's tenure is the first time I have genuinely thought that I bloody well wouldn't want to be in his shoes.
Some excellent points here, Roadphill. I think Craig is brilliant, one of the very best, but it is absolutely true that his Bond seems to be having the least fun of the six.
I can see Bond 25 begin in Bond's car as his driving away from London with Madeleine. Then we get the best scenes from each Craig movie (about twenty minutes per movie) as Bond is narrating them to Madeleine. At the end of the movie Bond looks at Madeleine and says "Now we have all the time in the world to spend together, my love!" Cut to the ending credits and The Name's Bond, James Bond arrangement from Casino Royale plays once again.
Tight continuity ✓
Low budget ✓
Short movie ✓
Drama stuff ✓
Tracks rehashed from previous movies ✓
It's gonna be the best Bond movie ever.
The more Bond the better please. Especially after this wait.
