Like Frankie, people need to relax.
If they don't, can we have permission to hit them with laser beams?

So far nothing suggesting this has changed. Unless you have heard something different.

Perhaps its just a coincidence but maybe Scott Burns named his polish
    Eclipse
and that is why we started to hear this rumour recently

That newest article about him “leaving” doesn’t leave me particularly positive or negative. There’s not really much to go on other than Burns turned in a draft (who knows if good or bad?)

Agreed. It's mostly what Ralph Fiennes said plus the fact that Burns finished his involvement.

Agreed, though perhaps not in the sense that you intended.

I don't think this is necessarily more bad news, so much as just business as usual that's been poorly worded.

But here again my gripe is with comms from the EON side (in the person of Fiennes). And in particular the tone rather than the content. Fiennes is a marquee name at the heart of your 10-figure franchise, but his comments are more of the same old "I have no idea, I've been asking but they don't tell me anything, I guess we'll see"-type stuff that we've heard for too long.

I'd really like someone involved to speak from a place of excitement and confidence, for once!

To create a snowstorm or blizzard I would think.

They sealed off a rather large area it seems,

The last Bond movie was released in 2015 and the script of the next Bond film isn’t finished yet, even though they begin filming in just a few weeks. The last Christopher Nolan movie was released in 2017 and the script of the next Nolan film is already finished, even though filming won’t start until summer.

    Just sayin’...

    And your point is exactly?
I thought it was obvious... My point is that the people running EON have no idea what they are doing.
That's why they've been running a successful film franchise for 32 years...
The only reason Barbara and Michael are running a successful film franchise is that they inherited the Bond movie rights.Had you inherited those rights instead of them, then you would be running a successful film franchise.

And if they didn't do the job well GoldenEye wouldn't have existed and Bond would have ceased to exist in 1989. But no. You have Millennials and Gen Z guys who are Bond fans or Bond enthusiasts - not even Ian Fleming could think his character would reach people born in the 1990s or 2000s, and we have to thank MGW and BB for that.

Not much from Gen Z, if we're honest, which raises the ever present question: Where's the next generation of fans going to come from? The fanbase is aging, Bond isn't 'cool' at the moment. Millennials have fond memories of the Brosnan era - I see it frequently. Craig is "all right" to them, but they miss Brosnan's Bond, even if they don't necessarily miss the scripts.

If Bond isn't cool now, then why are the films still making a ton at the BO?

If Brosnan is so missed and Craig is only considered "all right", why have Craig's films out grossed Brosnan's Bond films (SF being one of the most successful films in UK BO history as well as breaking numerous records WW)?

Why is there so much media attention for Bond 25 if no one (Gen Z) cares anymore?

Results from four years ago are not indicative of future success.

Alright I will be the first to say it...

Why are people getting pissed about spoiler tags when this is the “BOND 25 PRODUCTION THREAD”

Yet you people are avoiding spoilers and do not want to be spoiled on the title, set photos, actors/actresses, title artist etc etc...

What are you hoping to get out of the “PRODUCTION THREAD”

    If you’re avoiding all spoilers???

Where have you seen or heard it is a flashback? The Range Rover Evoque and Tesla seen on set suggest it will not be a flashback.

Why are you on the “PRODUCTION THREAD” if you don’t want to know the title?

I remember I was the same way, I missed the press conference for quantum logged on and it was everywhere..

Honestly it’s best to just stay off the site until then..

I really like the proposed rumoured title. It's not a cheesy attempt at a Flemingesque title. It could have great significance to the plot.

EON acolytes, how many more bad news and delays would it take for you to say “ENOUGH”??

Never. I'll never turn to the dark side!
Thing is @PanchitoPistoles BB and MGW didn't just inherit the Bond series. They both earned their place at EON. MGW has been working on the films since 1964, and more prominently since 1977.
BB was working on the films from 1981 onwards. They haven't just been handed the series.
As a Bond fan, I wont give up till they do. EON could sell to Disney or anyone else, and only if they flush the character or series down the toilet would I reconsider. But that's unlikely. For now in EON I trust.
Bond 25 will be released. Patience is a virtue my friend.

I think Wilson has been working full-time at Eon since 1972 when he came aboard as a lawyer. Barbara Broccoli did part-time work as early as 1977 (she described it in a podcast interview with the Hollywood Reporter).

Do we know that these are for the movie, and nut just VIP transports to Hakadal? Tesla is a common car in Norway. There are 700 sold every month up there.

    AJB007.
Remember in spectre how Madeline talked about shooting/killing a man? It’s a flashback. Not sure how it’s relevant to the plot but, they are claiming there’s two locations in the PTS,Norway and Italy. Maybe she has a bad dream? Not sure. Those cars could just be part of the production staff I don’t think any of the cast is actually out there or the stunt team. They are doing something on ice and with helicopters. The report could be wrong...
