I suppose there wasn't much Mendes could do when Craig turned up on set with that hair. He was able to get the perfect hair in Spectre, which I still feel is peak Craig.
Though, from this photo, it looks as though the buzzcut from SF is back...personally, I couldn't care at this stage. I just need to know that they're filming!
Though I'm 100% certain that is Craig in Norway. Personally, I'm more annoyed by the choice of tie! I liked the skinny fit ties from SF!
The forehead is huge. And you're absolutely right....
...that's certainly not Daniel's honker.
Last summer I had an effed up hair cut and the only way to fix it was to have it blended so close it was practically a buzz cut. Got a lot of compliments on it, actually, and I thought it looked more Craig's in LOGAN LUCKY. However seeing that new photo, I think it looked like that.
Maybe Craig was intending on sporting a cool classic Bondian hairstyle? Yet, he popped into his fave barber shop for a light trim, only to get it effed up right before filming?
With all the delays this film is famous for, Barbara certainly wasn't going to delay shooting yet another month just so his sides could grow back. Hence, Bond will be going for the Popeye The Sailor look in B25.
Damn that schnoz has its own zip code
Chauffeur's love a good suit.
LOL!!!! Craig is probably relaxing somewhere getting ready for his first day of filming, looking as great as he did in CR.
He looks like the guy you'd meet at the pub after a funeral.
I'm having a joke . Producers use a drive as the stunt double to save some money. Because it looks like daniel to a degree.
That would be economical, wouldn't it :))
That definitely looks like Mark, and it's exciting to get something regarding the crew.
Blimey,good spot there @Denbigh !!
That has put any ideas to bed,Dan the Man is not in Norway.
And why would Cary depart and leave Craig there ?
As people are saying he is probably a driver, makes sense.
(At least it was something interesting and topical to discuss on this thread, for once haha !!)
Not SF short but I could definitely see that guy being a stand in or stunt double.
If there’s two things about Craig that stand out it’s the short hair and the nose. Doubles will typically have over exaggerated features similar to the actor.
He could even be a stand in just for test shots etc.. Or far away shots. Maybe Daniel will film the scenes in the studio and they are just using a double/stand in.
Think about it, they have done this before..
Judging by this photo, Karl Malden looks to be appearing in Bond 25.
I wonder if they'll brooch the subject of Bond's replacement after SP? Did they retire the 007 number or was it simply reassigned? Lots of potential there. Perhaps Bond's successor falls in the line of duty.
I'm just spitballing here, it's unlikely they'll go that route - but another agent who doesn't look too dissimilar to Bond tickled my imagination a bit.

Probably most revealing is the news that Mendes has hired Dennis Gassner has his production designer. This will likely explain why Gassner has been in London recently on Instagram. His involvement in '1917' seemingly rules him out for Bond 25.
From my understanding production designers are integral in pre-production as they design the set and stick with the film throughout shooting to ensure the sets are properly built and decorated. Since '1917' and Bond 25 will be shot concurrently I suspect Gassner is unavailable.
Which means that Mark Tildesley could still be the production designer....
Tom Newman could do this then move onto Bond 25.
#crossesfingers
It certainly could be him. Extremely hard to tell from that distance. You can usually pick Tildesley out of a bunch by the way he dresses. It's harder to do that when they're all dressed for the cold!
But yes, that person looks similar to him.
Please God, no.
But I would not be surprised if it was actually him.

Bond 25 is shooting select sequences on IMAX 70mm film :O
Wonderful. :)
As of 9hrs ago DC and RW were in New York.
Great news @antovolk .... Thanks for sharing
That all sounds lovely. ;)
With particularly strong 007 hair, one might add. Hope it stays that way next week.
+1. A little bit of length and some styling, and it'd look very nice.
